You can just taste the difference. The staff is really sweet and there's always a neat selection of gifts and things to look at.”

“Carls burgars are always the best in my opinion, but the drive through service wait time at the Alta Loma store needs significant improvement. The store is never real busy when Ive gone there, but I always spend more time waiting on my food than I should for a fast food establishment. Usually the servers will apologize for the wait, not this store, the attitude is unapologetic if you ask why it takes so long.”

“Run don't walk this place is Amazing! Hot was actually hot. We got three flovors Masala, Peri Peri and Saigon. We are definitely going back for more. The host was so great he explained everything over 30 flavors but they are categorized as American, Asian, African, Europe and Meddle east. Choose wings, Tenders, samish. Then the sides!!! Too much I'm going back for the other 27 flavors!
PS the Serving sizes is HUUUUGE!!! So big they put a rubber band around the box to hold it together.🤯”

“This Server like most of the servers and the restaurant say hi to you and asks how you are doing then ask for your beverage and if you are ready they will take your order Ninfa. Is very friendly and courteous she usually waits on me and my family when we come in together but on top of everything around her she is a very good server. Thank you Ninfa.”

Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. “Cool spot located in a relaxed group of food spots and beer garden style vibe. But it's EXPENSIVE. The food is great but I can't afford $30 lunch. A lunch that I order at a counter then my name is called and I go up to and get myself. I'm not pretending to be from HI but plate lunch style food was working people's food. Not CEO's food. I will go back when I win the lottery.

Parking: Fire place outside. I went during the day but it must be fun at night to hang out.

Kid-friendliness: Outside are with games for the kids.”

“Went on a Sunday evening—no long line, which was a nice surprise. It’s a small spot, but clean and well-kept. We ordered the XLB, cucumber salad, and beef noodle soup. The food came out fast and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Overall, a solid experience—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely good. I’d give it a 7/10.”
