So I stopped in front of their yellow truck and Hazel told me that chicken plate is really good. And she didn't lie to me. It is beyond amazing! I've never tried any Salvatore food but this is way too good. Definitely beyond my expectations! If you thought you don't like Hispanic food, you should try this place. My favorite flautas are the chorizo con papa which is a home made pork sausage with potato. All the sauces compliment the flautas.
