I came in early in the morning, picked out a few items and, as the owner was ringing me up, I noticed they only take cash. As I legitimately didn't have any cash on me, I told her to stop bagging up my treats as I didn't have any cash. "No worries!" she said. "I'm the owner and I will give these to you. That way, you'll go home, you'll taste it and like it, and you'll come back." I was shocked by the generosity and genuineness. Tony is professional with his beautiful website, clear communication, and makes you feel like family in his warm hospitality. This was the first cake I ever had made by Tony, and it exceeded my expectations. The cake tastes as good as it looks. Upon tasting my first bite I was immediately transported back in time to my childhood remembering the rich unique textures and flavors of a cake from long ago. The entire process of ordering the cake, submitting payment, and picking up the finished product went so smoothly. “Very busy place for breakfast so as soon as you arrive put your name on the list, although it is quick to go to the table or you can eat at the bar, where in my experience it was faster. Having little staff to take care of several tables, they do their job but neglect small details such as taking time to serve coffee or placing your order. The food is generally abundant and rich, not delicious, but it is a pleasant place in town where they stop before starting a tasting in the vineyards. The muffins are made daily and are served with margarine, in my taste butter would be better but it is personal.“

“Super moist cupcakes located in the Napa Oxbow Market. My sister in law pre ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes for my nephews birthday. I easily picked them up and picked up some regular sized ones-- they really are super moist. We got all of the assorted chocolate and vanilla flavors, there was a passion fruit, banana caramel, and Meyer lemon. Good sweet treat while you're in the area too! Service is super quick and friendly. Small storefront in the food court. There's a parking lot and some street parking.“

“We have been going to Dianna's for years. We moved to the area back in 2014, and found out in 2017 that my husband was celiac.

Dianna makes all her cakes, cookies, breads and pastries with loving care, and makes many items gluten free, which is such a treat for my husband.

Her sandwiches and coffee are good too, and she usually has homemade GF bread in reserve to make a quick GF sandwich for those requiring it.

Like any "local store", product availability varies. Some days my husband can get GF Banana Bread or Carrot Cake. Other times, those aren't available but GF Zucchini Bread and Red velvet cake are. It's actually a nice surprise.

I suspect Dianna's was hit hard by Covid, and I know she's mostly a one-man show now, which must be a lot of work. But she does a good job of cranking out the goodies and serving them up well.

If you're in the area, especially if you are celiac, I highly recommend giving Dianna's a try for lunch or coffee/tea and baked goods!“

He provided top tier customer service as a Florist going above and beyond for a floral arrangement he created when the floral department was closed for the evening. He was patient, very professional, and most importantly he took his time with each rose. The second time I encountered him was when he had provided assistance in the Bakery department after hours. Once again going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my cake order. I informed him the first time I meet him as the Florist that that is why he has the Manager position because he plays all positions WELL.
