“Friendly staff + gr8 service! Funky decor + atmosphere.BUT issues which owners can consider: 1. Where’s the recycle bin? Everything is single use plastics, but there was only 1 bin for general trash for landfill.
2. Why are syrups full of artificial flavors? e.g RED40 in the strawberry!? That stuff needs a warning label in Europe but here we lap it up like a pig plunging into slop. Probably a supplier issue- but surely spend a little more and get some better quality ingredients?
I ended up with a tea, and sure enough it was sweetened… can’t get away from all the sugar. I’ll try the black tea next time- maybe that’ll be sugar free!

“I always have such a good experience at this location and get such good customer service.
One time I forgot to order without pearls and they remade the drink for me.
Another time, I was on the phone, getting an order for my friend, and the cashier was punching in the order as I was confirming it so that I wouldn't have to remember it!

“Had a wonderful time here!!! There were so many varieties to choose from and Mama Wang had loose leaf as well as tea bags available to purchase! I brought family with me to do a tea tasting and we got to try several different types of tea that invigorated my love for tea! Not only that, but Mama Wang herself brewed the tea and helped us pick different varieties and was a wonderfully charming and sweet person to speak to. Everything was perfect on my visit and I fully recommend coming here for the tea tasting experience and for wonderful teas!“

“Love the Asian-inspired afternoon tea. The savory parts were perfect, and the bread for the tea sandwiches was a bit dry but still good.

Dessert was good favorite was the sesame cream puff and papaya coconut.

“Some of the best lattes, matcha, and tea I’ve had in the OC area. I’m a big fan of the unique creative flavors and attention to detail when it comes to garnishing the drinks. I only wish they had some more savory pastry options. Fingers crossed for a ham and cheese crossaint 🙏

“Extremely recommend this location! Even if you have been to 7 Leaves before I highly would suggest this one, they’re all great, but the staff here were extraordinarily amazing and the drinks were on point. Kyle was super patient and kind helping me ordering my drinks, I felt that he was genuinely kind and also not pushy. This is one of the reasons why I can’t go to other Tea establishments! The drinks and customer service here can’t be beat! Willingly and happily take my money!! :-)“

“Have only tried their teas so far and I love them. I definitely adore their 4 seasons tea. Their brews aren’t super strong but aren’t too watered down either. Just the right amount of tea strength. I like that you can go from no sugar to 100%. Definitely gives you a lot of wiggle room depending on your sweet tooth.“

“Tried their Strawberry Matcha with oat milk and was pleasantly surprised. I usually don’t go for matcha drinks, yet this one was incredibly smooth with a nice depth of flavor—not harsh, not chalky. Give it a quick stir and it blends perfectly. I’d happily order it again on my next visit.“

The sweetest owner patiently walked us through all the flavors and even brewed fresh samples 🥰 it felt like a mini tea adventure. Took home a bag of hojicha , and absolutely delicious! I came in pretty late at almost 2am when they alm close but barista still very accommodate! Ordered nom nom milk ( ice blend). Drink came out quick, SUPER BOMB!!! So gassss, for $7 the cup is absolutely gigantic they gave u a lot worth the money! Ordered at 50% so is not too sweet! Will be back again for other drinks they have 9/10.“

“I had a terrific visit to Pamela's Tea Room. This is a fantastic place to go for authentic British Tea and scones. Jill recommended the Earl Grey Lavender and it was really tasty. It felt great to get such a warm welcome upon arrival as well. Jill was kind, so helpful going way above and beyond to make sure our time there was exceptional. I really enjoyed the British decorations and ambiance as well, it was a really nice touch. I have no complaints whatsoever, I highly recommend that people check this place out and find out why everyone is so pleased with the tea and service.“
