“As a fan of brown sugar milk tea boba, the ice cream version was unreal. The soft serve was really creamy and tasted amazing. My wife got the Tiramisu coffee and it genuinely was not good (do not recommend), but when I went to order her something else they offered to exchange it free of cost without even asking! She got the strawberry ice cream and it was also good, definitely recommend just getting one of those. Also really nice seating, super comfy and welcoming!“

We met the owner Gabriel; he was very kind and generous. We are visiting from Florida. As I was enjoying my gelato, all I kept thinking is that just like our vacation, I did not want this to end. “I've been to Salt & Straw twice now. 1st time in Downtown Disney & now in Roseville. I love the creative flavors they offer & the homemade goodness. You can try as many flavors as you like. Which is hard not to do since they have limited addition ice creams & crazy flavors. We went at 10pm at night & there was a line out the door. The service was quicker than I expected since it was so busy. The staff is very patient with everyone inquiring & tasting flavors. I highly recommend this place for a sweet treat.“

“Love coming here for a sweet treat. The place is always clean until a big group of people come by and aren’t considerate with how they go through the topping station.

They have staple flavors like original and chocolate, and then they rotating flavors like starburst and hi-chew. I love coming here because there are so many ways to customize your bowl. The staff are nice, there’s seating inside and a good amount of seating outside. The parking right in front of the store gets filled fast.“

“My wife and I just tried this place for the first time. We found out about it from going to KK's Fries for the first time also. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. It's soft serve ice cream with a Japanese twist. We absolutely loved the cup of ice cream that we ordered with all the toppings, including a custard filled topping that is shaped like a fish. We highly recommend this place and we will make this one of our regular places to get dessert when we go out.“

Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

At the end of the day, this is my go-to frozen yogurt spot. Whether I’m with my kids or catching up with friends, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!“

“I had the opportunity to visit one of their pop op events in Elk Grove. I needed to bring something home for my mom and wasn’t sure what to get so Janine made my mom a sundae and she loved it! My daughter got a milkshake. Everything was amazing, service was top notch, If you ever see their tents at an event you are at do yourself a favor and get a sundae, you won’t regret it!“

“We called the Rocklin store for a late notice cake order and they had no time to even listen, let alone accommodate our request. We got ahold of Victoria at the 6890 Sierra College location and she was amazing! She was immediately ready to help and walked us through the order process making sure the cake was exactly what we wanted. I will go out of my way to support this location for my next cake!“

“I know the ingredients are top notch because I have no symptoms of intolerance or sensitivities like I do with other ice creams. The hurricanes are 👌🏽 I wish they had yellow cake…otherwise it’s definitely my family’s favorite ice cream shop. The taro is so good, seems to have a coconut flavor included. The strawberries used for the various flavors are extremely fresh. Good service but they regularly take longer than I’d expect for most orders when there are several items.“

“The only thing I had an issue with was the confusing ordering on your app. Once the 30 minute minute window was up my order disappeared. I thought it was canceled, because it was no longer under my order button. Of course I reordered and I got charged twice. They have survived while others have fallen: Rite Aide, CVS, Islands, Rubios, Fry’s, On The Border, Tokyo Express, Cool River Pizza (well technically they moved but their new location is in a shitter spot so I’m counting it), Cal Fit, Mary’s Pizza Shack, Krispy Kreme (yes they came back, but it’s like $30 for a dozen donuts so they’re dead to me), Big Spoon, Bed Bath & Beyond.

When all of us are long gone, TOPS will remain. Long Live TOPS.“

My daughter got one flavor with three toppings, and it ended up being almost $9, which felt a bit pricey for the size. But the place was very clean, and the service was great. “Party box was gifted from a client so not sure about pricing, service or atmosphere. The box included 2 each of the following flavors: chocolate brownie, sugar cookie with Cadbury Mini Eggs, carrot cake, cherry pie pretzel, chocolate chip & lemon crinkle. Nice, large cookies so we cut them up so everone could sample. The chocolate chips were great and still warm on arrival - a warm chocolate chip cookie is always the BEST chocolate chip cookie. Nice sized chips. The chocolate brownie was my favorite: soft and the perfect amount of chocolately flavor without being overly sweet. Not a huge sugar cookie fan but these are good. Hard to cut but right ratio of sugar cookie to frosting. My husband would be in heaven with these. The carrot cake was super moist and everything I want in a carrot cake. Good ratio of cake to frosting with just a sprinkle of nuts. You can taste the carrot shavings and raisins without them overpowering.“
