“The manager Ash was very friendly the moment we walked the door, everything was so clean, and he constantly was checking on us. The food was fresh. Also the staff was helpful. The staff look like they like to work together and there manger do to with everyone that came in when we dine in.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A today that I felt it deserved to be recognized.

I was going through the drive-thru, and when I got to the pickup window, Shelby noticed I looked a little down. We started chatting, and I mentioned I was dealing with a difficult corporate situation and was in the middle of writing a tough email. We shared a couple of laughs before I drove away.

A few moments later, Shelby surprised me with a small milkshake, just to help brighten my day. It was such a simple act of kindness, but it genuinely meant so much. As I continued writing that awful email afterward, having that milkshake to sip on really did make the experience a little easier.

It’s easy to underestimate how much compassion from a stranger can impact someone’s day. Thank you, Shelby, for reminding me that kindness still exists. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have you.“

“Finally made the 90-minute trek to Dave’s Hot Chicken with the fam! 🍗 The vibe was great—super friendly staff and a very clean spot despite the crowd. The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious. Only downside was no cheese sticks today, but that just gives us an excuse to come back soon!“

However, they need to give their trainees more one on one training because when asked to add two spicy deluxe sandwich, no meal she added two regularly spicy chicken sandwiches and one original (..?) “Nothing much to this place fried chicken and some interesting bowls with Mac and cheese, the food doesn’t disappoint consistent and solid all the time service also not much to it order at counter sit and grab your food when called. I gave the atmosphere a 2 star because the place looks dirty, tables usually not being wiped, floor looks unkept not much mopping going on it seems and the restroom is generally pretty dirty (men’s room) overall value is a good price range.“

“been coming here since we moved to cali. wife absolutely loves the food to the point I had to steal the recipes and make it at home but we still come by for the convenience on busy days. very plentiful with the sauce on request. we usually get the double chicken tostadas and load them with sauce.“

“This may be the best KFC I have ever been to. The food was excellent and amazing customer service. There were specific pieces I wanted and the staff worked to get me the lowest price. They even swapped out the biscuits for an additional small side.

I was also offered a free drink while I waited since they had to cook some breasts for my order. All-in-All a outstanding experience and i will definitely be back!“

“I have to say, the Zinger is my favorite chicken sandwich of all. I have to bring up my weird experience. Now in Brentwood, it doesn't matter if you order online & time it just right. You will wait up to 15 min. for usually a perfect sandwich but for the wait, it would be nice to throwin a small fry, or drink. See my review for Stockton's Charter Way KFC. 😪“
