“This is the best spot for Pho in the bay! They have other really tasty dishes too, like the pork and mango salad rolls, but the Pho is the best. Atmosphere is relaxed. Staff are really nice. You’re never rushed and service can be taken as being a bit slow because of that. From what I’ve seen, people who are rushed or want to be upity and wowed don’t have a good time here. For me, the #18 and a Vietnamese iced coffee never fails. Cheers!! 👍🏽“

“Garlic noodles are awesome and Bahn Mi sandwiches. Spring rolls are hella good. All the food we had was’t too over powering with the sweetness like other places. So you can taste the actual food better. Boba was hella good too, not too sweet as well and can ask for the amount of sweetness to it. Green tea boba as well wasn’t too over powering with the taste and had a subtle flavor to it which I like. 👍🏼 👍🏼“

“The food is good, the staff are nice and friendly, prices are decent. Just one small thing.. there’re two giant TV on the wall. One of them was showing cutting raw liver or other meats, fish being chopped and guts being removed etc. I didn’t want to see those kinds of bloody or graphic scenes while eating. It would be better to be more mindful about what is displayed on the screens. Other than that, everything was good.“

“First I heard about this place, and a good alternative to Antioch's Da Nang.

I like my Pho piping hot and this place met my requirement. As with all Pho, the soup needs to be the star follow by fresh ingredients. Golden Gate Pho checks all the boxes and you get a good hearty meal. Definitely a repeat next time I'm in the area.“

“Whenever I'm in Pittsburgh I make sure to stop at this restaurant. I get the number 35 which is the BBQ boneless pork w/rice, including a fried egg on top. Tender pork, perfectly fried crispy egg, this dish has always been consistent, delicious and just simply amazing!“

“Best Banh mi ever. The service was fast. Other food was good too. There is a parking lot behind the building in case you cannot find parking. They open everyday. After couple months, I finally came again and they are still as good as before.“
