My two-year-old demolished the beef ribeye rice plate, and my four-year-old finished both the rice plate and pho. Safe to say, everyone approved!

The staff was so family-friendly and attentive, and the food came out super fast without sacrificing quality. We’re very particular about our Vietnamese food, and this spot definitely earned a return visit! 🍜🤍“

“This isn’t just chicken soup - it’s healing soup!

I wasn’t feeling well and my BF brought me chicken soup from Sai’s. It was amazing and you can tell it’s made from scratch - the real deal. I was surprised the following day by my health scores. I actually got really good sleep (rate these days) with an hour of REM and my heart rate variability was the highest I have had since tracking! Wow!“

“We usually love this place. Last time though, there were some glitches. My summer fruit tea tasted like cough syrup mixed with coffee. The grilled pork tasted like it fell on a dish rag. The ice cream machine was dispensing milk. I think that machine has been broken almost every time we went for the last few months.

I hope they are not deteriorating...will give them another chance later and report back.“

I ordered the pho, which came in a generous bowl with plenty of meat options, including short rib, meatball, tendon, and tripe. The garnishes were plentiful, the service was pleasant, and I had no trouble parking at lunchtime. I’d go back.“

“Overall experience is decent, i.e., the food, service, cleanliness, etc. However, the broth in my pho soup is not authentically made is not comparable to most pho restaurants. As long as the broth is clean tasting I'm good with this place.“

“Pho Saigon City was a great experience. Parking was plentiful, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The pho came out promptly with a generous amount of garnishes—more than I usually get at other pho restaurants. I ordered extra rare steak and was pleased to receive a generous portion of that, too.
