Here I present this mouth watering delicious tradition food from China!! It's called "Dry Hotpot Spicy Shrimp", the common ingredients are: * Fresh jumbo shrimp * Chili pepper * Sliced potato * Short ribs * Scallions * Garlic Very flavorful, all the spices are coated on every ingredient!! I've never dined in, but heard they do a daily to-go combos which consists of 3 items for a set price. Menu choices change daily and they post it on social media. I only hear about them in a local foodie group on another platform. We tried them for the first time about 6 months ago, and did not like any of the dishes. Although it is not open for internal use due to the epidemic, it will not affect the quality of the meals at all, and the price is affordable.
