“I enjoyed the food. The line was super long but I did go at lunch time on campus so that’s to be expected. I was happy to see there were multiple vegetarian options. The atmosphere was like any campus cafeteria but you can take your food outside and enjoy it amongst the redwoods on the beautiful campus.“

“Great place! I visited the area to see the Redwood State Park and dined at this restaurant 3 different times. I was traveling with my brother who has celiac disease, and the food here NEVER aggravated his digestion. Great place, great food, and great people behind the counter.“

“APD has probably the best pizza in the Arcata/Eureka area, but check your pizza. I come and get a pizza here probably twice a month. I always order the same thing, half just cheese, half pepperoni and jalapeño, and more than half the time it comes out half pepperoni, half jalapeño. Then I have to wait for them to remake it. Not sure why that happens so often. But great pizza. Just be sure to check it.“

“Food is always top quality, everyone who works there is very polite & I always enjoy coming to Carl’s.
Vegetarian options: Just thinking about the Beyond Famous Star burger makes my mouth water, I can’t get enough of it.I do wish there was more burgers for vegetarians, but the Beyond Famous Star is literally so delicious, I couldn’t ask for a better vegetarian burger.“
