Play date here and they were very aware of their gluten free options. My Celiac is beyond sensitive where as my daughters is not as bad. It was nice to have them be aware of things. I got a salad, she had a GF cupcake with her friend. Parking was ok, lots of seating indoor and outdoor, pretty space.“

“This Bakery is Beyond amazing 👏 😍 They make fresh fruit smoothies :^) they have multiple milk options 😋 They offer fresh juices that are healthy, yet delicious. They have delicious sandwiches. “Everything here tastes wonderful. Whatever you order, you'll have a hard time finding a place that does that better. I live in OC but whenever I have business in the area, I make sure to pick up a drink and 1 or 2 pounds of coffee beans.
Also, I don't know if this is new or I was just not aware but they do teas too! Not really my thing but I had an iced mint tea the other day that was amazing 🤩

I absolutely love Rumors Coffee! Every time I walk in, the place feels warm and welcoming, and the staff is always so kind and genuine.

But I have to mention the highlight: their handmade Bosnian börek. Oh my goodness… it’s incredible! Flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. It honestly tastes like something you’d get in a Bosnian home. I find myself craving it all the time, especially with a hot latte.

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“I have been looking for quinoa all over LA. This place serves it and it is very good. The mix has just the right amount of dried sweet cranberries and a few chickpeas. It was perfect. I had a salad with tuna avocado and egg salad. I was able to sub the egg salad for tuna which was very nice of them. They gave me a fork full of a mayonnaise free tuna they had prepared on the way out which again was a great experience. This is the kind of place that you feel cares and you'd want to keep going back to. A+++“

“Went here on a Monday morning with a group of six people and we were seated right away. Everytime we go to LA, we pass by here during the weekend and its always packed so we decided to give it a try and I am glad we did. I got a hazelnut coffee and I did not expect the presentation, but I was like wow and it was delicious. I ordered the lavender pancakes and they were amazing. They had just the right amount of lavender and the fluffiness of the pancakes were good. My son ordered the chicken nuggets and even though they looked dry, they were good. The service was great. I am definitely coming back to try out more dishes.“

Enjoyed the spinach and cheese bourka, one large one with everything bagel sprinkled on top with a tomato and a touch of greens to decorate the plate, and shared the vegetable gratin with mozzarella and tomato sauce and squash (amazingly not mushy) and eggplant. “I've been stopping here a couple times a week for breakfast or lunch. Probably ordered here about 30 or 40 times now. The sweet lady that runs the shop has always been so kind and friendly, no matter how busy she is! The food is always great, and she never forgets the napkins/utensils.

Although I haven't gotten anything here I didn't enjoy, out of everything I MUST recommend you try the yogurt parfait. I don't even like sweetened yogurt cups, but this homemade yogurt is better than anything I've ever tried. It's SO good, I start to crave some after a couple weeks without it. It's heavenly.
