Starbucks in Arvin

“My family and I were going to Ventura CA, we popped in to grab coffees, snack, and use the restrooms. The breakfast sandwiches were good, the guy who took my order was so nice. I went to the restroom and realized I forgot 1 of my drinks so I had to wait in line to order it. The young man remembered my name and what I had just ordered but I told him I forgot one. While we stood and waited for our order, some other people who had walked in and were waiting for their order also, jumped right in front of us. When they called my name I picked up the first part of my order, and stepped back out of the way. Several people walked up and were super rude. Just hate that people are so rude“

“I love this Starbucks. Every time I go I get what I ordered and I get it quick. The staff is always nice except for one. Don’t know her name but she is rude. Didn’t see her name tag. One employee o do know and know my order and is very friendly is Willow. I will always come back as Willow make my morning and know what I order.“
