“The food is good, but it could be great. For the price being charged, it should be spectacular. The smoothies are great. A touch pricey, but worth it. I had the veggie wrap today. It was decent, healthy and satisfying. But soy sauce in the black beans? All the good ingredients are there, but the flavors weren’t quite working well together. I’ll be back.“

Amazing vegan food from Bliss Cafe. It was help yourself and pay for the weight, so we got a mix of everything they had available. It was all delicious.
Flavours and combinations we hadn't tried before with vegetarian or vegan food, so it really opened up our palette.
We both wish we could go back for more, or one was open in the UK.“

“Loved this place. We are here from San Jose celebrating hubby’s birthday. Chose this on a whim.. turned out to be an awesome choice. Drinks, food and service was top notch. Tried a couple of cocktails..all yummy. The one with tequila and falurnum and coconut.. very nice. The lamb was one of the best we’ve had. And the Peruvian rice.. was out of the world. Thanks Mitsura for the cookies and making hubby’s birthday celebration special..loved the triple chocolate mousse. Will be back for sure

“When we have family or friends in town, this is where we bring them. The Bee Stang Detroit style is off the hook (and I don't like Detroit or Chicago styles)! When it comes to their seasonal pies, we ask the server what their favorites are-- that hasn't steered us wrong yet!“

“I ordered the drunken noodles and the spicy fried rice, and both were so good. Everything came out fresh, hot, and perfectly spicy without being overwhelming. The flavors were super bold and the portion sizes were great too. Definitely one of the best Thai spots I’ve tried in a while!“

The only thing I would suggest for the owners is making the base a thicker consistency for it became really runny very quick before me and my partner could finish. Other than that the flavors were so good I will definitely be returning to try other items.“

“I LOVE Bing's Bao Buns. Growing up in a Chinese family, I was raised on bao. And Bing's bao is honestly my favorite I've ever had, anywhere.

First, I love the bun thickness to fillings ratio--it's exactly how I personally like them, with the bun not so thick that it overwhelms the flavor of the filling.

Second, I love that Bing's always offers a variety of plant-based options for both their bao and additional menu items, including Kimchi Fried Rice. Whether you are vegan, or vegetarian, or not, their plant-based options are just as flavorful and satisfying as anything on their menu.

Third, Bing's offers so many amazing items, beyond bao, including Lo Mein Noodles and Tater Tots. I highly recommend the Bing's Seasoning edition of the Tater Tots. It has a very tasty and memorable kick, without being too spicy for those who can't tolerate too much.

And on top of all of that, Bing's always has the best customer service. They make you feel truly appreciated for your patronage, and that is important. They are family-owned, and personally, I love getting to support high-quality businesses that are.

Plus, they have a wide selection of cool imported snacks, and a wide selection of tasty mochi too, including vegan mochi. I feel they go above and beyond at what they do, and are such a true gem in our Central California Coast. In all of my bao from D.C. to SoCal, I still love the ones here at Bing's in San Luis Obispo the best.“

“Everything was wonderful. Difficultu these days to find a restaurant that provides great service and food at a great price. Cafe Roma -does exactly that. We had a wonderful server named Grace!! She was incredible. Corkage fee was extremely reasonable. Room was crowded with many people all enjoying the wonderful friendly atmosphere. Food was spot on. From bread service through to dessert. We will definitely be back to finding this amazing gem to still enjoy classy dining out without breaking the bank.“

Sides were handmade onion rings with several sauces, all homemade. The housemate coleslaw was also excellent. We are excited to go back because the milkshake menu looks fantastic. The waiters was also sweet about giving advice on local happenings and things to do, it’s clear she enjoys her work! They also have as full bar with a nice draft beer selection but we didn’t partake as it was 12 am. Walking distance to the pier!“

“We had the most tasty Peruvian food in downtown San Luis Obispo at Coya in their new location at 851 Higuera St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. The chicken saltado one of the best I have ever had. The beef empanada large. The passion fruit drink, Maracuya, refreshing. All house made authentic Peruvian food. I hope you will visit Coya and enjoy the food as much as we did. The ambience beautifully decorated with traditional Peruvian products, clothing, hats, purses, dolls, cookies, coffee and lamas. Large dinning room and outdoor seating nice. “Kumi ko is a Japanese restaurant in San Luis Obispo across from the Damon Garcia sports field. I ordered the spicy ramen bowl and the broth had a slow-building heat with good flavor. We came for my brother’s birthday and the staff actually made it feel like a celebration. They brought a complimentary dessert with a sparkler candle and the whole place joined in to sing. The service moved quickly without feeling rushed, and everyone was attentive without hovering. The food felt thoughtfully made and the atmosphere worked just as well for a special occasion as it would for a simple dinner. It stands out as some of the best Japanese food and sushi in SLO.“
