“This was a nice little joint I happened to come across looking for a locals style restaurant. I showed up a bit after 5, so it wasn't to busy yet. The tv near the ceiling as a list of all the beers available on tap. Some of their beers are not my type, but that's fine. When you sit down, you have 2 fermentation tanks in the dining area that makes for a neat experience. The beers are pretty decent. They do have a happy hour, but I'm not sure of the times. I did order the bratwurst, it was ok. I do think the menu should be expanded, as there wasn't much to choose from. Several photos from years back showed a significant menu; but not anymore. Overall I'd come back. I enjoy the small atmosphere and the locals feel that is involved.“
“The iced cafe de olla is bomb! It tastes like the real deal and the cup size is worth the price. My dad got a limon cantarito and it’s very refreshing. The nieve de vainilla tastes a bit like rompope and wasn’t overly sweet. The presentation is nice on everything too. We will be coming back.“

“I recently decided to visit The Diplomat in La Verne after being recognized by the Bonita Unified School District for my service to the schools and community. What a great choice! The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the combo plate with filet, chicken, and ground beef—it was more than enough for the both of us. The filet was juicy and sooo good! Excellent service and a fantastic experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Amazing atmosphere and amazing bartender I believe her name was Anita. Or maybe Amy? Either way I had an amazing time with my friend and I ordered two drinks of a Vodka Sprite and Lime Juice. “I have been going there for 50 + years. Me and the Wife for 30 years! We live in Las Vegas, Nv. I have been to every 5 star in Las Vegas for 45 years and Clearman's is still the best ever! The food, service and the service has not changed in all that time! I remember the Owner, was going to build a Clearman's in Green Valley, Henderson. When he passed away I asked his Son when is the New Clearman's was opening, he stated never, his Dad was wrong in thinking about opening it. I told him I live in Vegas, the Wife and I come just for the food then back to Vegas. I told him we tell all our Friends , Family and our work mates, ( Law Enforcement) , take photos of our food and the restaurant! Today my Son's Friend from Co. Ate for the first time took leftovers home with pictures he took! Still waiting for a NEW CLEARMAN'S in Nv. To happen! Please!“

“Thursday Nights !! A+ Bartender Rosie goes above and beyond . I’m not only if she friendly and acknowledges any and every person who walks in she’s not like other bartenders I’ve seen other establishments who are on their phone more than they are working. She brings in a collective of different patrons all friendly Never once not felt safe when I am there It’s a shame the other Bartenders at this places sister establishment in Covina were as well Trained as Rosie. “This is a local gem. I definitely recommend Britestar Tavern.??Great spot for a legit pint. From fresh craft beers to domestic specials they got you covered. Cool, chill vibe with great draft beer on tap. Pool table, live music on Tuesday nights, Monday night Paint night. ????Props to Bianca for the great service. “Chase’s has some seriously impressive food. The Brussels sprouts, jalapeños, and mushrooms we ordered were all standout dishes—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with skill. The menu has a lot to love, and it’s easy to see why people keep coming back for the food.
Service-wise, it wasn’t terrible, just a bit inconsistent. Our server was pleasant but seemed stretched thin, and there were some delays with check-ins and follow-ups. Nothing major, but it did take away slightly from the overall experience.
Still, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit. If they tighten up the service just a bit, this place could easily be a five-star favorite.“

“I was there for a 30 yr old birthday with a friend and it was a nice atmosphere Kareoke was good lots of nice voices ( I can make a choir out of them) LOL. All in all it good. But I left early cause I don't like staying out to late so 10ish was a good time to go home.“

“I am not a big fan of mariscos. This is one of the best mariscos spots I actually enjoy. I highly recommend the shrimp and fish tacos, the camarones dinamitas, camarones de cucarachas, Coctel de Camaron, the aguachiles is actually one of the best sauces I've actually tasted, not to mention there other Mexican dishes they have on the menu. I also rented the hall for events and the menu for their catering services are good as well and the hostility from dining in and renting the hall has been phenomenal. Anyone wanting to eat good mariscos I highly recommend this place“

“Great beer…nothing else. Slow slow slow service…food was just okay. Would have stayed for one more beer but the server never came back when I asked for a taste of the beer I was contemplating purchasing. When they came back without the request we just paid and left. Next time we will sit at the bar, maybe service is better there.“
