“This was a nice little joint I happened to come across looking for a locals style restaurant. I showed up a bit after 5, so it wasn't to busy yet. The tv near the ceiling as a list of all the beers available on tap. Some of their beers are not my type, but that's fine. When you sit down, you have 2 fermentation tanks in the dining area that makes for a neat experience. The beers are pretty decent. They do have a happy hour, but I'm not sure of the times. I did order the bratwurst, it was ok. I do think the menu should be expanded, as there wasn't much to choose from. Several photos from years back showed a significant menu; but not anymore. Overall I'd come back. I enjoy the small atmosphere and the locals feel that is involved.“
“The iced cafe de olla is bomb! It tastes like the real deal and the cup size is worth the price. My dad got a limon cantarito and it’s very refreshing. The nieve de vainilla tastes a bit like rompope and wasn’t overly sweet. The presentation is nice on everything too. We will be coming back.“

“Amazing atmosphere and amazing bartender I believe her name was Anita. Or maybe Amy? Either way I had an amazing time with my friend and I ordered two drinks of a Vodka Sprite and Lime Juice. The Lime(babe were gonna love tonight) juice was freshly squeezed two to three times and it was amazing!!! Thank You so Much!!Grand iNN!!!“

I’m not only if she friendly and acknowledges any and every person who walks in she’s not like other bartenders I’ve seen other establishments who are on their phone more than they are working. She brings in a collective of different patrons all friendly Never once not felt safe when I am there It’s a shame the other Bartenders at this places sister establishment in Covina were as well Trained as Rosie. Or even new had to make a drink Tina’s Tavern Thursdays Hands down the place to be“

“I was there for a 30 yr old birthday with a friend and it was a nice atmosphere Kareoke was good lots of nice voices ( I can make a choir out of them) LOL. All in all it good. But I left early cause I don't like staying out to late so 10ish was a good time to go home.“

“This is a local gem. I definitely recommend Britestar Tavern.??Great spot for a legit pint. From fresh craft beers to domestic specials they got you covered. Cool, chill vibe with great draft beer on tap. Pool table, live music on Tuesday nights, Monday night Paint night. ????Props to Bianca for the great service. “It had been nearly 15 years since my last visit. I must say the decor is exactly as I remembered. Took 3 minutes to be seated then we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive waiter I’ve EVER had at any restaurant . I’m a huge lover of the cabbage salad so I gorged on a big bowl before dinner. I ordered a medium rare fillet and potato and it was cooked to perfection. I so wish I lived nearby as I would pay it a regular visit. I’m so glad the Clearmans Northwoods inn has not been changed.“

“Great beer…nothing else. Slow slow slow service…food was just okay. Would have stayed for one more beer but the server never came back when I asked for a taste of the beer I was contemplating purchasing. When they came back without the request we just paid and left. Next time we will sit at the bar, maybe service is better there.“
