“First visit ever. Was a little lost upon entering. 10 people standing around, but none at the counter. Didn’t know who was in line. I watched for a minute or two. No staff made eye contact with me, but occasionally a name was called out, and someone would walk up and get their order. Turned out they’d ALL already ordered. I started trying to figure out their menu. Watched it flash thru several times, while trying to find what I knew I already wanted (a dozen large). Never saw it, and no staff member had still made eye contact with me, though all were busy. Finally figured out I needed to step up to a small kiosk screen at the counter and place my own order (next time will try the app). Ultimately got my order placed (nice system at the kiosk), and order came quickly. Cookies were great and well received by all.“

“Every time I venture into the mall, Auntie Anne's Pretzels is a stop I can't resist. Their pretzels are consistently fresh, light, and delicious with just the right amount of salt. In my opinion, they really do make the best pretzels around! I've tried other places, but none compare to the quality these guys provide.
What stands out, aside from the pretzels, is the service. I’ve never had a negative experience at this location – the staff is friendly and efficient, making it a pleasant part of my shopping experience. If you’re ever in the mall and craving a tasty snack, I definitely recommend giving Auntie Anne's a try!“

“I was looking for a cake for my best friend's first baby's gender reveal. I read lot's of reviews and every single one was raving about how delicious everything was. The owners/bakers were extremely easy to work with, very friendly, and responsive in communicating. They brought my vision to life- it was even better than the inspo picture I had originally provided. Their shop is cute and clean. They even have some candle options and cupcakes, slices of cakes, whole cakes, cookies, brownies, etc all in the case available for grab and go. The cake I ordered needed to feed 15 to 20 and was relatively inexpensive considering I had looked around and other places wanted double. I opted for a funfetti or confetti cake and it did not disappoint! The cake was ready as promised, boxed beautifully, it was moist and fluffy and just the perfect amount of sweet. Some of the guests even went back for 2nds! I am SO happy I ran across Baked Bake Shop and will definitely choose them each and every time going forward for any of my cake needs. I look forward to also trying their other bakery items soon!“

“Went there and the conchas were really soft and still warm which was a good sign. Although not all the pastries that i seen online were there. Which were not ready but you can actually see them making the new Bach of pastries while inside which was cool. And it's not pricey like other places.“

“It's my family's go to donut shop and we have always had a great experience except today. The young brunette girl working the cash register on 5/25 at 9am needs to brush up on customer service skills. She got upset when a question was asked (if a donut had cinnamon on it), made every comment be repeated 2 or 3 times because she wouldn't answer and just stare at you when selecting the donuts, when checking out she left us before finishing the transaction and didn't even provide a receipt.“

“Angelica's on Niles has some great Mexican sweet bread and some great birthday and wedding cakes at great prices, we have been several times to buy some sweet bread or a few birthday cakes and 1 wedding cake and we have been nothing but extremely satisfied with all there items“

“We did not get a cinnabon. We got the Carvel Sunday. The prices are high but we come here just for the Carvel ice cream. For soft serve, it's pretty awesome. The girl was so nice and put the Sunday together just like my daughter asked for it. The chicken on a stick at the checkout looks so freaking good. I did not get it though because ...My concern was how long had all that food been sitting out there. There were mountains of chicken. Do they really sell it all in the required amount of time? I didn't see how that was possible. It sure looked crispy and delicious though. We were on a road trip and I didn't want to get sick by eating old chicken. This is a newer gas station and there is so much great junk food to eat here. So if you're on a road trip, you definitely should pop by nice atmosphere and nice people. Hopefully they'll respond here about whether all that chicken was just for display or if it really does sell out in the hour.“

“Since I was 4 years old (im 61 now) I have gotten a Pink Champagn Cake for my Birthday I got Married and my husband has carried on the tradition without fail even occasionally turning it purple (bc it's my favorite color) and sometimes I'll get an extra on a special occasion and i don't even have to share!!! Honestly, dry and not great — definitely not worth the hype. And if you're ordering through DoorDash, good luck. Half the stuff listed isn’t even available, so expect a canceled order more often than not. Disappointing experience overall.“

But my God, are they overpriced. They raised their prices dramatically during the pandemic, which I understand to a point. But now they appear to be arbitrarily raising prices just because. And it happens in such a short amount of time that it’s kind of pitiful. For example, they raised the price of a box of their thumbprint cookies by $2 in ONE month. What justifies THAT much of a cost increase in such a short period of time?“
