If you are looking for something a bit more authentic that Taco Bell but not a sit-down restaurant the any of the Bobby Salazar's Taqueria will be your choice. I stopped at the one in Clovis for a late evening quick meal. The restaurant is located on the back side of a strip mall and not noticeable from the street.
