The highlight, however, was the warm, complimentary service from our friendly servers, Katlynn and Daniel. They made us feel more like friends than customers, engaging in meaningful conversation and making our evening truly special—far beyond ordinary service. “We were craving authentic Chinese food last night and came across Ching Yen. You can tell the owner, Sue, takes great pride in her food, and it really shows. We started with the Sizzle Rice soup and Hot and Sour soup. Both soups were rich and delicious with fresh ingredients. We ordered the small bowls and each was big enough for two people to share one and have extra. We decided to try the Combination Appetizer platter which came with two of each appetizer and two dipping sauces. The Sizzling Beef Iron plate and Chicken Fried Rice had quality fresh ingredients. You could tell the pride that went into each dish. Sue was a delight and expressed how much she enjoyed her customers. She made it feel like you’re visiting family for a home cooked meal. I’m a soup fanatic too, so I can’t wait to try some of the other soups on the menu. We’ll be back soon!“

It is always super clean and smells like bleach or Pinesol which to me smells fresh and CLEAN😩 All the workers have great costumer service and are very patient😁 The worker with the tattoos on her face and the other worker with tattoos not her face only her arms have the best costumer service and keep the restaurant clean⭐️ The best part about it is they have ANOTHER restaurant on the east side where The East Hills is located like you are going to Target but turn left and that is the same place so it is clean and good customer service🤩 The food are always looking fresh and they have boba (milk tea and tai tea) I also recommend trying this place because one plate can feed a family of 3😋 They always pack your food with so much food that the plate looks like a mountain🥴“

“Absolutely amazing Fried chicken and fantastic prices. Made me feel right at home as someone from the south. Chicken and fries also reheat wonderfully in the air fryer (320 degrees 8-10 minutes for anyone curious) and didn't dry out *at all* in the fridge overnight! Definitely gonna be making this place a regular visit from now on!“

“I ordered bbq pork lo mein and egg rolls. Lo mein plate is huge, very good value. Pork has a good char flavor but not very strong. Egg rolls had a perfect airy crunch and soft inside, sweet and sour sauce on side paired nicely. Service was nice and fast, no issues. Overall great place, highly recommended“

I had the orange chicken which was excellent, I enjoyed it more than panda's orange chicken. The teriyaki chicken was also very good. The egg rolls were fresh and flavorful. I did half chow mein and rice, and they were both excellent. I would recommend this restaurant for someone looking for a fast casual chinese take out spot in town. I will be coming back here. “If you ever saw Christmas Story it’s like that restaurant..old school Chinese food minus the duck chop . Nothing special on decor, nostalgic of the 80s but comfy and the lady knows us when we come in. She is sweet and the foods is good old school Chinese. My favorites are the pork chow mein, fried rice —-delicious and cashew chicken. They have been here 40yrs and serving me for 16yrs. I would love to keep them open. Stop by sometime and try it out“
