Don't know what's happened to this place but most of the locations food quality has really fallen off. It seems like money is taken away from quality and control and put in advertising or making silly store visuals. I demand "Back by Demand"
I came again and got what I wanted on the menu, and the customer service guy at the window was really friendly and even told him to suprise me with my meat selection for my Epic Cali Bacon Chicken Burrito and a Delux Chili Cheese Fries was my favorite and fresh and crispy hot fries and I asked to add 2 scoops of Guacamole that they finally have in stock. I did ask for no tomatoes in my chili cheese fries but hey its OK with me because I can just take them out but for other customers...read full review
