“Felicity was the associste at the drive thru window. She was very rude to me and my husband. We were excited to go there as we have recently moved back to the area and havent had jack in the box in abiut 5ish years...we understand she may have had a rough morning but the eye rolling and attitude were not necessary. Had she not acted that way i would have given this place 5 stars all throught out. This was our 3rd time this week at this location and the other associates were so much better. Its always clean inside, the drive thru is always clean and easy to get through. I knew my husband was not happy when she said "Sauce" and he didnt even get my ranch&ketchup😭.“

“My wife and I had to come through the drive-thru three times because we kept forgetting stuff that we wanted to order. Complete duh moment. Javier was working the window and was patient, understanding and hilarious. Will be coming back to visit this “

“Ok I know giving 5 stars to Jack in the box sounds crazy but the service was excellent. The cashier was kind, attentive and quick. Restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean which you don't normally find right off a freeway

“I can't say anything about the inside of the store, but the service and food quality I've gotten with drive-thru have been great. I'm a commuter and always stop by during my drive every few weeks. There are other jack in the box stores that give us oil drenched, cold burgers with flat buns. But this jack in the box never disappoints.“

“This is my fav Jack In The Box in town. I will drive by 5 others and stop at this one. Food always tastes freshly made, quantities of everything is always perfect. I dont know how they do it but I wish others would do the same...especially Bakersfield's worst tasting Jack which in the Home Depot shopping center on Coffee.“

“There used to be this really butch-like woman who was manager at this location n shee was absolutely HORRIBLE. Theyve got someone else as manager now and whomever the guy is whos working the window, late, late night during the week, is thee sweetest! When taking my order, he was very patient with me, as my passengers kept changing their minds, plus he was very understanding when it came to my ever-so-picky childrens' very spicifically special orders and guess what - we got exactly what we had ordered -AND with ALL of the specifications my picky kids had asked for! “I live on the east coast and it’s rare to get jack in the box, but the new smash burger is omg better then any other fast food chains burger, and I’m a big supporter of Culver’s. My only complaint was the extremely sticky floor. But the food definitely was great. Ps you need to bring back the monster tacos“

“The reason I’m giving the five stars is definitely due to their customer service. I ordered a strawberry shake and the gentleman at the window, which I believe must have been the manager proceeded to hand it to me by saying I added two cherries because you are too special. That made my day. *It’s the little things*“

“Food was poor quality. I am adding to my previous review. This occured on September 30th 2024 at around 3 PM. I just picked up a loaded sourdough breakfast sandwich for my husband and it was terrible!! It was supposed to have an egg, bacon, ham, sausage and cheese on a sourdough bun. It had an egg that was cooked until it was rubbery, one small piece of bacon, one paper thin slice of ham and no sausage or cheese. Really disappointed! I guess it's back to McDonalds if you want a really good breakfast sandwich!“

“I'm like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo and they Jumbo Egg Rolls are by far the best I've tried in Bakersfield so far since I've been here for about several month, and the customer service(Jiorge) is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I'm a BIG fan of bacon and sauce flavor, and the Burger tasted just like eating it homemade or at a backyard bbq hangout as it should taste and unique sauce flavor that I really enjoyed with the fresh drop curly fries, and the beverage was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions?, so what I tried so far was a perfect massive portions for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food indoors or your in a rush on the Go, then park and come inside or walk here or drive and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. Wonderful experience here and I'll be for be sure coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu. “I like this place, but sometimes the crew can be too slow; I like to think that's because there's a lot of customers during the day. However, this also happens at night when there's not that much of people, also I'll recommend you to check the orderder before you leave the place because it could be wrong.“

“Love coming here with my mom in the morning they are super nice especially the managers but at night time I finally did an online order I came they are just talking at the front register and my online order said it was ready when I got here one of the girls just said your order isn’t ready haven’t received anything yet I tried using a coupon also stated they don’t receive certain coupons you guys should have a sign that says which one you guys are participating in so we won’t waste our time ordering and they tell us our manager said we can’t receive that coupon smh“

“The food was hot and good , but I hadn't eaten here in 3 years , I'm out of touch , a #7 combo is $12.37 , too much money, next time I'll go to Dennys and eat of the Value menu for less.

Vegetarian options: You can get steamed rice and vegs with teriyaki sauce or the jalapeno peppers are also good

Kid-friendliness: There's a nice space in the back with high chairs for kids and plenty of room to sit down and eat

“I enjoyed the food it was prepared well, they did make one of the burgers incorrect so we technically didn't get the burger we ordered. It was still a good burger though. The service was questionable. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but my order was lost in translation I got half out the window and they thought they handed it all out and the cars started piling in behind me. When they came up confused I let them know I was still waiting on the other half of my order which scrambled them more because they couldn't remember what half of the order was handed out already. They were all very calm and patient which made the entire situation much better. I could tell the manager may have been frustrated due to lack of team work and efficiency throughout the team but they pulled through. So all in all even with some of the chaos that I'm sure the cars behind me didn't experience except the having to be patient part. It was a good stop and great food for fast food.“

“A friend of mine and myself took off for a bike ride early in the morning along the Kern River bike path here in Bakersfield California to see just how much the Mighty Kern River has gone down in a months time since all that dangerous high water we had and Jack in the box was our first stop for some breakfast croissantsWe were greeted with smiling faces and attentive attitudes. We were in and out and back on our bike ride in no time. Just the way fast food should be. A+ to this franchise. That is fast food. I will definitely be stopping here again. I like a lot of the menu items from Jack in the box. And this one is close to home“

“It was very cool in the hall. I had to go back to the car to get my jacket. The service was ordinary, although the employee could offer help in choosing, since this was our first time here and it was difficult for us to decide. Teriyaki sauce was spicy for me. I told the employee that I don’t eat spicy foods. The food was hot. The cheesecake was delicious. The order was made quickly. I'm unlikely to visit this restaurant a second time.“
