“Ok I know giving 5 stars to Jack in the box sounds crazy but the service was excellent. The cashier was kind, attentive and quick. Restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean which you don't normally find right off a freeway

“Felicity was the associste at the drive thru window. She was very rude to me and my husband. We were excited to go there as we have recently moved back to the area and havent had jack in the box in abiut 5ish years...we understand she may have had a rough morning but the eye rolling and attitude were not necessary. Had she not acted that way i would have given this place 5 stars all throught out. This was our 3rd time this week at this location and the other associates were so much better. Its always clean inside, the drive thru is always clean and easy to get through. I knew my husband was not happy when she said "Sauce" and he didnt even get my ranch&ketchup😭.“

“The food is great the cost is affordable but the wait time is absolutely unnecessary. I never eat inside because you can't order from an actual person you have to do it from an electronic menu and I just hate that so much but the food is amazing“

“I can't say anything about the inside of the store, but the service and food quality I've gotten with drive-thru have been great. I'm a commuter and always stop by during my drive every few weeks. There are other jack in the box stores that give us oil drenched, cold burgers with flat buns. But this jack in the box never disappoints.“

“It was a nice experience. A newly remodeled clean store. I only stopped by for an iced coffee. I'm still learning to use the self-order kiosk. It's the way of the future. It's a little tricky getting in the driveway off of a busy Ming Ave but I made it safely.“

“This is my fav Jack In The Box in town. I will drive by 5 others and stop at this one. Food always tastes freshly made, quantities of everything is always perfect. I dont know how they do it but I wish others would do the same...especially Bakersfield's worst tasting Jack which in the Home Depot shopping center on Coffee.“

“I live on the east coast and it’s rare to get jack in the box, but the new smash burger is omg better then any other fast food chains burger, and I’m a big supporter of Culver’s. My only complaint was the extremely sticky floor. But the food definitely was great. Ps you need to bring back the monster tacos“

“Let me tell you. Bee and the other girl that usually help me are literally the best! Them girls will turn your frowns upside down. I usually go in there if I'm having a bad day after dialysis and don't feel like cooking. And they're incredibly sweet and patient. All the staff there is truly awesome. I haven't had a bad incident in the year I've been living here.“

“Neat and clean store although I order only in Drive-thru. Never have to wait too long. If you are looking to grab a quick meal, this is the store! Food prices are at par with other stores, paying $11-$15 for a meal is the norm now and these guys are no different. Most of the times the food is Hot and Fresh. “Thank you thank you thank you who ever made my chicken sandwich with curly fries and a Coke on Valentine’s Day. I know Valentine’s Day is the day to suck working trust me. I also work in the food industry and on Valentine’s Day. “Everything was great except the price. I just can't see spending 40 dollars on 3 people for lunch at fast food joint...thats insane. That's why we only go to fast food on rare occasions. Better off going to sit down restaurant for not too much more.“

“The Indian manager here is awesome. He always has a good attitude and takes of this restaurant pretty well. I can choose any Jack in the box here in Bakersfield, this one is top spot for me

“Love coming here with my mom in the morning they are super nice especially the managers but at night time I finally did an online order I came they are just talking at the front register and my online order said it was ready when I got here one of the girls just said your order isn’t ready haven’t received anything yet I tried using a coupon also stated they don’t receive certain coupons you guys should have a sign that says which one you guys are participating in so we won’t waste our time ordering and they tell us our manager said we can’t receive that coupon smh“

“I enjoyed the food it was prepared well, they did make one of the burgers incorrect so we technically didn't get the burger we ordered. It was still a good burger though. The service was questionable. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but my order was lost in translation I got half out the window and they thought they handed it all out and the cars started piling in behind me. When they came up confused I let them know I was still waiting on the other half of my order which scrambled them more because they couldn't remember what half of the order was handed out already. They were all very calm and patient which made the entire situation much better. I could tell the manager may have been frustrated due to lack of team work and efficiency throughout the team but they pulled through. So all in all even with some of the chaos that I'm sure the cars behind me didn't experience except the having to be patient part. It was a good stop and great food for fast food.“

“The food was hot and good , but I hadn't eaten here in 3 years , I'm out of touch , a #7 combo is $12.37 , too much money, next time I'll go to Dennys and eat of the Value menu for less.

Vegetarian options: You can get steamed rice and vegs with teriyaki sauce or the jalapeno peppers are also good

Kid-friendliness: There's a nice space in the back with high chairs for kids and plenty of room to sit down and eat

“Of course fast food is always good in a hurry, it's good food, kinda sucks that they always seem to give me root beer when I order coca cola but it isn't that big a deal, I just give it to someone else and get a coke. However, my one complaint, where did the cheddar bacon potatoes go???“

“I like this place, but sometimes the crew can be too slow; I like to think that's because there's a lot of customers during the day. However, this also happens at night when there's not that much of people, also I'll recommend you to check the orderder before you leave the place because it could be wrong.“

“I gotta say. It is rare that fast food impresses me, it's all the same fastly made food, at least that's what I thought. Tonight I went to Jack in the box, and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I've never tasted a fast food burger that was seasoned this perfectly. Whoever was on grill tonight killed it!“

“No one can convince me a screen for ordering food is better than a real person. Yesterday, we saw 2 women at different times come in and change clothes in the corner dinning area. One of the women went all the way down to her bra. There were children in there and the staff didn't say a word. One lady placed all her clothes on the counter, so staff should have known. I can say the employees were working hard-so thank you to them!“

“The young lady who took my order (shoutout to the dimple piercings—respectfully) provided excellent customer service. As a fast food manager myself, I appreciated that she greeted me at the speaker & promptly let me know she’d take my order as soon as I pulled up, no waiting necessary. “It was very cool in the hall. I had to go back to the car to get my jacket. The service was ordinary, although the employee could offer help in choosing, since this was our first time here and it was difficult for us to decide. Teriyaki sauce was spicy for me. I told the employee that I don’t eat spicy foods. The food was hot. The cheesecake was delicious. The order was made quickly. I'm unlikely to visit this restaurant a second time.“
