“Felicity was the associste at the drive thru window. She was very rude to me and my husband. We were excited to go there as we have recently moved back to the area and havent had jack in the box in abiut 5ish years...we understand she may have had a rough morning but the eye rolling and attitude were not necessary. Had she not acted that way i would have given this place 5 stars all throught out. This was our 3rd time this week at this location and the other associates were so much better. Its always clean inside, the drive thru is always clean and easy to get through. I knew my husband was not happy when she said "Sauce" and he didnt even get my ranch&ketchup😭.“

“Ok I know giving 5 stars to Jack in the box sounds crazy but the service was excellent. The cashier was kind, attentive and quick. Restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean which you don't normally find right off a freeway

“I can't say anything about the inside of the store, but the service and food quality I've gotten with drive-thru have been great. I'm a commuter and always stop by during my drive every few weeks. There are other jack in the box stores that give us oil drenched, cold burgers with flat buns. But this jack in the box never disappoints.“

“It would be nice if Jack in The Box, had a similar meal deal to like McDonald's, I get a McChicken sandwich, small fries, 4 piece nuggets, and a small coke for $5.41 including tax. You pay close to $8 at Jack's and that's without the nuggets. I'd just settle for the 3 items“

“It was a nice experience. A newly remodeled clean store. I only stopped by for an iced coffee. I'm still learning to use the self-order kiosk. It's the way of the future. It's a little tricky getting in the driveway off of a busy Ming Ave but I made it safely.“

“The food is great the cost is affordable but the wait time is absolutely unnecessary. I never eat inside because you can't order from an actual person you have to do it from an electronic menu and I just hate that so much but the food is amazing“

“On the door dash app, there is no place to request sauces. Ive checked this for myself. When I ask for extra at pickup, one guy acts like he is the president of the company and the company will go bankrupt if they give out any extra sauces. Even when I say that I'll pay for it, an attitude is still given.
At any other jack in the box locations, they have no problem with the customer asking for extra sauces.“

“Thank you thank you thank you who ever made my chicken sandwich with curly fries and a Coke on Valentine’s Day. I know Valentine’s Day is the day to suck working trust me. I also work in the food industry and on Valentine’s Day. I made sure to make those sandwiches extra bad because how dare they order that much on Valentine’s Day, but thank you so much on whoever made my spicy chicken sandwich today Valentine’s Day around 10 PM. It hit the spot.“

“Let me tell you. Bee and the other girl that usually help me are literally the best! Them girls will turn your frowns upside down. I usually go in there if I'm having a bad day after dialysis and don't feel like cooking. And they're incredibly sweet and patient. All the staff there is truly awesome. I haven't had a bad incident in the year I've been living here.“

“The food was hot and good , but I hadn't eaten here in 3 years , I'm out of touch , a #7 combo is $12.37 , too much money, next time I'll go to Dennys and eat of the Value menu for less.

“This is my fav Jack In The Box in town. I will drive by 5 others and stop at this one. Food always tastes freshly made, quantities of everything is always perfect. I dont know how they do it but I wish others would do the same...especially Bakersfield's worst tasting Jack which in the Home Depot shopping center on Coffee.“

“I enjoyed the food it was prepared well, they did make one of the burgers incorrect so we technically didn't get the burger we ordered. It was still a good burger though. The service was questionable. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but my order was lost in translation I got half out the window and they thought they handed it all out and the cars started piling in behind me. When they came up confused I let them know I was still waiting on the other half of my order which scrambled them more because they couldn't remember what half of the order was handed out already. They were all very calm and patient which made the entire situation much better. I could tell the manager may have been frustrated due to lack of team work and efficiency throughout the team but they pulled through. So all in all even with some of the chaos that I'm sure the cars behind me didn't experience except the having to be patient part. It was a good stop and great food for fast food.“

We accidentally placed an order at the wrong Jack in the Box, and when we showed up, we were a little stressed trying to figure out what to do. Instead of turning us away or making it complicated, she was so kind and understanding. She immediately helped fix the situation with no problem and made sure we got taken care of.

It might seem like a small thing, but her patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness turned what could’ve been a frustrating moment into a positive one. “Wow I haven't been to a Jack in the box in an eternity, I must say, I was very impressed. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were great, the drinks were fresh, a great staff. Thank you, Jack in the box. I'm going to be a returning customer from now on!“

“I like this place, but sometimes the crew can be too slow; I like to think that's because there's a lot of customers during the day. However, this also happens at night when there's not that much of people, also I'll recommend you to check the orderder before you leave the place because it could be wrong.“

“Neat and clean store although I order only in Drive-thru. Never have to wait too long. If you are looking to grab a quick meal, this is the store! Food prices are at par with other stores, paying $11-$15 for a meal is the norm now and these guys are no different. Most of the times the food is Hot and Fresh. I like this place and would recommend to others.“

“I went to the Jack in the box on Olive drive in Bakersfield. The atmosphere would be fine except for all the homeless people and tweakers constantly coming up asking for money. I give out food drink a money whenever I can. However to be asked for things every time you're in that area it is ridiculous. The service could have been better, I did not even get one napkin. The food could have been better, I ordered tacos, and they were burnt and really really greasy. However the egg roll that we got, was delish.“
