“Flame & Skewers Mediterranean Restaurant was an excellent find. I went with the chicken kabob plate and added a side of falafel, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling.

The chicken was the highlight of the plate. It had a really nice grilled char on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. The seasoning came through well without being overwhelming, and there was a generous amount of chicken served over the rice. The rice itself was flavorful and worked perfectly with the grilled chicken.

The hummus was smooth, creamy, and very good, especially with the warm pita on the side. The side salad was simple but fresh, with crisp greens, cucumber, and tomato, and it balanced out the heavier parts of the meal nicely.

I also ordered the falafel separately, and that ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. The outside was perfectly crisp and deeply browned, while the inside stayed tender and flavorful. It had that great combination of crunchy exterior and soft interior that good falafel should have. I would absolutely order it again.

The portions were generous, everything tasted freshly prepared, and the meal felt like a great value for the amount of food. Between the chicken, rice, hummus, pita, salad, and falafel, I left completely satisfied.

If you like Mediterranean food, this place is definitely worth trying. The chicken kabob plate was excellent, but do yourself a favor and add an order of the falafel too. That was amazing.

“I almost wrote a bad review but Zayne corrected the issue well beyond my expectations. We are regular customers and door dash extraordinairs at this point. Our meal was very enjoyable and his conversation and care for our dining experience was very kind. He changed my whole perspective on this place. Normally the girls working there are very sweet as well. If you haven tried the food here, you 100% should. Th chicken schwarma is so good. The salad is always fresh and the dressing is one of my absolute favorites dressings anywhere. I’m so full! We were already regulars and I plan to keep it that way.“

“Food is always fresh and tastes Superb! I love the Chicken shrawma bowls and the chicken kabobs bowls! I’m a huge fan of their sweet potatoe fries! We have tried the regular fries as well with their garlic ranch and it is excellent! They sometimes have a Wednesday special on the bowls, $9 bucks and they are so filling. Highly recommend!“
