“Panini Kabob Grill is my new favorite restaurant! The food is so flavorful and the prices are reasonable. The servings are nice and healthy. The food presentation is beautiful.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available. Good clean food.“
“Hidden gem! Wow they have a specialty drink called Laban Up and they make an excellent peppermint to go with it. It’s a yogurt drink and mimics a kind of Keifer you find at grocery stores. Only the price at this cozy restaurant is three times at cheap as the grocery store!I’m sipping it now and it is incredible with robust flavors of the probiotics coming through.Excited for the food which takes a bit longer but I hear it’s the best in town! Will update…Yep had to get a second Laban Up cuz it’s so good! And the food and way they present the hummus is heaven!“
“Great food!! Nice feel for an older place. I've heard a lot about this place for years from a coworker and finally got the opportunity to go. Good food and friendly staff! If you're on the fence about lamb...try the lamb dip! Amazing! Never had Tongue myself, but got it to go, gonna give it a try. I hear its similar to beef. So, looking forward to that.“
“I can't tell what I like more, the ambiance, or the decor. It was both, including the amazing hospitality and food made from the owner. I've driven past this restaurant multiple times, but just never had the chance to step inside. That all changed today when I suddenly made a left turn coming down Stine and ended up in the parking lot of Sam's Halal Market and Restaurant. I walked inside and was immediately greeted and given a rundown of their menu. I could already tell from the bat that this guy knew exactly what he was talking about. after asking about the menu items, I suggested the chicken over rice, and I trusted my instincts and trusted this man to give me his best. And I was given the world. The chicken was charred to perfection and with the soft rice underneath and the salad to accompany the dish, why would I bother going anywhere else? You shouldn't bother going anywhere else but Sam's Halal Market and Restaurant, only a month in business and already laying down vital fundamentals for a successful and thriving business!“
“Absolutely delicious. Everything was delicious. I tried the chicken bowl and skewers to go. Fabulous. The sweet potato fries were the best. The baklava was amazing. Definitely worth it. I hope that you try it.Wheelchair accessibility: The space was easily accessible and very open.“
“Food was outstanding. Best chicken shawarma I've ever had. For the shawarma and a drink the price was super reasonable. The floor was a little bit sticky in front of the drink machine. The tables felt a little bit sticky too, but that was because of someone's bad decision on what finish to use on the wood, NOT because they were dirty... they were very clean. My only other recommendation is to please please please please please please please please bring back the pickle turnips!“
“Great place to eat. I was really surprised on how Good the food was. The service was amazing and owner waited on us Personally, serving three adults, two children and my niece Layla loved the place and she said she wants to go back there and eat there all the time because she liked the owner. Personally prepping our food and bringing it to the table I really don’t know what else to say other than the owner was amazing and the staff were great, preparing and serving people as fast as they can. I have eating in a lot of Mediterranean restaurants in Bakersfield but this Place tops them all, thumbs up five stars and my great appreciation. Thank you“
“I love coming here. The food is always delicious and my son loves having sweet potatoes fries and regular fries. This last time I brought my son he really wanted to have regular fries and he kept pointing at the fryer....he's autistic and nonverbal. I want to thank the young man that was very friendly and understanding. My son enjoyed all his crispy fries at home! Best food and customer service. God Bless Always!“
