“If you want the very tastiest, off the charts flavor shrimp cocktail then you have come to the right place. I’m not going to lie, first impression was a small trailer with a table to eat right in a gas station parking lot but All that fades away once you begin eating. The Clamato base and perfectly chopped veg and cilantro and tons of good size shrimp! They are not skimpy but generous to a fault in my opinion than most restaurants will offer and topped with ripe avocado slices! We were served both tostada style tortillas and saltine crackers and napkins and soup size spoons. The 32 oz tall cup was rimmed with Michelada Sal con Chile! PERFECTION in a cup. The proprietors are clean cut, nice uniforms and very accommodating and friendly and bilingual. We will return because there was nothing preventing us from becoming repeat loyal customers. The menu is extensive too! Bravo! Enthusiastic thumbs up! Well done! The 32 oz was large enough for 2 people to be satisfied (on this occasion). Try them once I guarantee you will be satisfied too“

Parking: It’s in the same parking lot as a gas station, tucked in the back. There are blue tables. Plenty of parking every time we come.

Kid-friendliness: There was a family with children and a stroller with baby. They were so cute and happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s plenty of room for a wheelchair, may have to go over a little speed bump ( it’s actually a cord protector)“

“I went for take out. I had a $100 gift card a client gave me. I ordered the FAMILY STYLE Chicken Picatta. It said it feeds (4). I got garlic mashed potatoes and a green side salad. It came w/(2) squaw bread loaves and butter. While it states Feeds (4), I SAY it’ll feed (8) EASILY!! Just add a bag of salad to the portion they gave you and you have a full meal for under $100 that feeds (8)!! The portions are so big and I had a ton of leftovers because I only fed (3). We ate on it all week!! Good choice and soooo delicious!“

The food was great, the tables and chairs were set up the way we asked them to. The bartenders did a great job keeping everyone happy. “We visited La Costa Mariscos and overall had a pleasant experience at first. The food was good, especially the steak fajitas, and the drinks were enjoyable as well. The live music was a lovely surprise; the gentleman playing guitar and singing romantic songs really added a sweet, charming atmosphere to our evening.
The service itself wasn’t bad, but I was expecting it to be faster and a bit more attentive. Even so, the good food and music initially made us consider giving the place a second chance.
However, after our visit, I decided to give them my feedback so I read more customer reviews and came across several comments from other guests mentioning sightings of roaches. Finding multiple reviews with similar concerns is very unsettling and disappointing. Because of that, we’ve decided not to give the restaurant a second opportunity. Cleanliness is extremely important, and it’s unfortunate to see repeated complaints about this issue.
I hope the restaurant addresses these concerns, because the food and atmosphere have a lot of potential—but cleanliness and proper maintenance are non-negotiable for us!“

I took one star off because their menu is small and reserved to cold seafood items, but it is honestly well worth stopping by. Drinks are not sold here but it is parked at a gas station, so you can usually walk to get a drink before the order is ready.“

Today, for my birthday, we waited 50 minutes while others who ordered after us, including a large family with the same order, got their food in 10 minutes. When we asked about our order, the staff was rude and made excuses. When we requested a refund, they refused, insisting on a gift card. After much back and forth, they finally refunded us. To make things worse, there was suddenly no manager available. Terrible service, zero accountability—we won’t be back.“
