“This specific location is overdue for a well deserved review I don’t know why it’s taken me so long but I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!! I can’t stress that enough! Mind you I have about two other locations I can go to but I will not!!! Ever go to another location. When your baristas know you on a first name basis and treat you like family! That’s what keeps me and my family and friends going to this location they actually care!!!! They always get our drinks right! And the biggest thing is I’m all about customer service!!!!! Being in the customer service industry I take it seriously and hands down all of the employees here are the best at what they do. Vincent thank you for your amazing amazing customer service and for treating us like family. I hope your management team recognizes all of the employees here for their hard work dedication and most importantly their customer service. “Every time I’m going to work I standby at Starbucks because I came early😁. The location is near the hospital that I work. The baristas are nice. I like iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream, plain bagel and butter croissant. I recommend Starbucks at Baldwin.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻“

“Very large area to sit and sip coffee. Nice seating, customer service is good. Drinks are hit and miss depending on the barista. Food selection is mediocre, what you would expect from any other Starbucks. Music can be a bit too loud for my taste. Sometimes it feels like Im at a club?I would recommend more coffee house misic and less club music.Good place for large groups.“

“I had a good time stopping by this store. Although it was not my usual, they were fast for taking my order and having it ready for me. I ordered a custom drink and a little dessert and yet it was as expected and quick (as previously stated).Willing to stop by more often!“
“Sherrie is the best she is always smiling and a genuinely great person to deal with. Although a little less convenient than stopping at a drive through anytime I have an appointment at kaiser I wait to get my starbucks fix there so I can run into her ?. Starbucks is lucky to have her as an employee! Also they haven't messed up my order yet.“
“I would ideally give this location a full 5 stars but the last time I went unfortunately the coffee I received seemed old. It had an off taste as if it sitting there from a morning or afternoon batch that was made (I went around 8 PM)
None the less I understand mistakes are made since we are all human“
