“This restaurant is a local gem! My friend ordered the food for us to share. The first dish she surprised me with was the Foo Young, and I wanted to take all the foo young home for my family to try! It was so yummy!
Their Vietnamese crepes are also made perfectly! We enjoyed the clay pot with all the mushrooms and veggies too.

“We went here for my wife's birthday. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Elisnara was so fantastic and attentive I don't think we had anything empty the whole time. The manager Darlan was so awesome. We definitely will be coming back. Will be sending all of our friends and family here.“

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“Seems to be primarily a pick up/take out place but I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a table if you’ve got the time! The interior is beautifully decorated with a fountain that adds a delightful ambiance. Obviously, the food was fantastic, and the servers are also really attentive and kind. “Lanzhou is an ancient, desert city on the old Silk Road so its culinary heritage is as wide as it is deep. While I’ve not been there I would like to think the food here is pretty authentic Gansu province cuisine. It’s always a good sign when a restaurant is popular, but it’s a better sign when an Asian restaurant is full of Asian patrons. Everything we had here was good. The chili crunch oil condiment (which is mild and has smoky, earthy flavor) made everything even better. Guaranteed I’m going back.“

The Dan Dan & Yibin noodles both had good flavor, I'd only dock them for how thin the noodles were. I def like a thicker noodle. Portions are on the small size but prices reflect that and I enjoy getting to order more items and try more things without investing $20 on one plate. So that was nice as well.“

The decor was inviting and relaxing with soft lighting and interesting artwork. The food was amazing! We would highly recommend the veggie lovers, the green curry, Thai basil fried rice with tofu, the catfish and the sticky mango rice. Parking was a little challenging, but well worth it. Even if you’re not nearby, it’s worth the drive!“

I had the biscuit breakfast sandwich, very filling and the biscuit was so good. I had one pancake and man was that delicious! The parking is also a plus. “Fresh ahi tuna stack was uber delicious especially if you love sushi. Layers of edamame and cucumber at the bottom, plentiful chopped sashimi grade tuna in the middle and generously minced avocado at the top! YUM -Sorry no photo. I ate it all!“

“Chopan is my go-to restaurant for dinner takeout when I’m hosting family or friends and don’t have the time to cook. A referral from a friend, I couldn’t believe how authentic and delicious the kababs tasted — their chaplee kabab comes close to my aunt’s legendary cooking, and that’s saying something.

This particular location is an unassuming little space nestled in a busy plaza, lots of families weaving in and out. I am so glad for them to have enough business to expand to San Ramon, more of the Bay Area deserves to taste their goodness!

This is my usual order:
- Banjan Borani (comes with pita)
- Chicken shammi kabab (platter with rice)
- Sides of beef chaplee kabab
- Aushak
- Occasionally, I’ll add the Bolani Kachaloo

“Staff is Super Friendly & Courteous and the food speaks for it self. My favorite is the Carne Asada plate with grilled hot jalapeño and two Crispy taco plane is as well delicious. Pretty much everything on the menu is delicious 😋 I can’t forgot their horchata is alway good 🥤“

“There were five of us. All 7 dishes were delicious. It was the best Hot and Sour soup I've ever had. Service was impeccable; attentive without hovering. Prices were quite reasonable.

“La Plaza is a hidden gem in Walnut Creek. Big menu with lots of options, you can't go wrong with anything you pick.

My go tos are the Chile Relleno or the Nachos. the Bean and Cheese Burrito is also one of the best I've ever had.

“Very homie type of comfort food. Food always tastes great have been going here for years ! Salt and pepper chicken is my go to favorite. Small interior so best for takeout. The cooks are great, host is always nice. Be warned it can get crazy busy on weekends especially evenings, its better to order in person and just grocery shop nearby while you wait.“
