“SERVICE & CHECKINCheckin was slow as molasses (so much paperwork) ontop of the long wait for a room to become available. When early checkin IS available it will cost you $50 (a bit excessive). Valet parking cost $10/night. There are also resort fees: $10/night. Tap payment wasn't available.Front desk is very lively, helpful, & also multilingual.Not pet friendly.LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORSThe lobby is large but still felt congested due to some of the design decisions, orientation, & seating. Elevators were slower than expected but are sufficiently spacious, with multiple functional lifts. The corridors were ornate & have a very pleasing color pattern. ROOM (guest room & suite)We tried the double queen guest room & a suite.We found both configurations to be comfortably spacious, with a high degree of cleanliness & ample storage for our extended stay. The design of the rooms is generally just really impressive with a lot to appreciate: high-ceilings, a myriad of seating options, great natural+overhead lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, clear views across the city, blackout curtains ergonomic workspaces, & plush hotel stock.Nothing I can think to complain about... BEDThe mattresses are more soft than firm, which I don't usually enjoy but the bedding was too good to protest. Soft, cozy, clean, & better than most brands with self-described "premium" bedding.One thing I didn't love was the choice of metal/aluminum base; just too noisy & atypical.BATHLavish & indulgent bathroom designs in guest rooms & suites, with some of the most impressive shower installations I've experienced in my last ~70 stays: high quality fixtures, tile, & accents all throughout.No pre-stocked shower sets but there's a plethora of Whish toiletries provided for your convenience. The bath robes are also with the hassle of requesting.Yet It's not without a few flaws: towels are on the smaller side, the water pressure is a bit weak, & the OSFA slippers did not fit me (size 11)TV & ENTERTAINMENT42" LG HD flatscreen on swivel base (guest room) or rotating entertainment center (suite).The entertainment setup in the suite was more fashionable than functional; not as accommodating as the guest room counterpart. Most of the built-in services didn't work & other integrations wouldn't connect. I wish they did less with the set top box because the apps are a hassle.WI-FI & CELL RECEPTIONComplimentary WiFi is unencrypted but performs very well! Solid for work & streaming. If you're craving junk food, there's also a mini market in the lobby.NOISEThe sound proofing is solid. It doesn't completely dampen the city noise found in downtown LA (police, ambulance, etc) but it does a good enough job.LOCATIONLots of convenience stores & restaurants within walking distance.There's varying amounts of un-homed that roam in the vicinity but there's a consistent security presence nearby. VERDICTDespite the spa still being (indefinitely) closed, I enjoyed this property WAY more than I expected & extended my stay a number of times. “We had a birthday party for 11 here on the outdoor patio and it was perfect. Great drinks, service, and ambiance. Excellent location for an outdoor celebration. Eclectic drink menu with good wines and beers. And convenient on-site parking. Overall, I highly recommend it!“

The variety of mimosas, ranging from classic to pineapple, mango, and even strawberry, left a lasting impression, with the strawberry being a personal favorite. Looking forward to trying the peach mimosa on my next visit.The food was equally impressive. “I really enjoyed dining at Edendale. The beer selection was above-average, the food top-notch, and the service was outstanding. Our server, I believe her name was Missy, was efficient, friendly, and, dare I say, playfully flirtatious. Her charm made this meal memorable in just about every way. “First let me say The Office I love you and love that you are woman owned I have been going on and off for years. 2nd please know I am cheap and hardly ever buy my own drinks yesterday I was waiting for a friend in the hood so I decided to drink and wait I got a Pacifico draft it was super cold and crisp so thank you but $9.50 for a glass of beer? I mean I love money too and the place was not empty so you know what you are doing but after the $2 tip on that 9 $ beer I cut my fat ass off thank you to the chef that gave me some amazing soup I appreciate that also to the man that talked to me for more then 10 mins without offering to buy me a drink I won't be calling you but bless your heart the music was epic! “I am so happy I came to this place! They had a nice happy Hour (till 7:00pm!!). I went on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was quiet, but it was great to get to talk with my friends without having to yell over music or anything. They have large TVs on, and the Dodger Game was on display by the bar area. We got the Michelada flight, and they were delicious. I thought we were going to need more, but the flight was enough for two to share, since we were not trying to get tipsy. The fries were good, had a lot of toppings. We ordered garlic fries and they brought out a different plate. It looked so appetizing, we didn't bother sending them back and just enjoyed them. My friend also ordered Fresas can Creme and they came in a cute martini glass. When I got my check, I was so relieved with the amount. They have a good size parking lot too. Im definitely going to come back. I don't know if it gets busy on the weekends but they have 90min. $20 Bottomless mimosas, so I would assume it does.“

“We came here on a whim because "the Dive" was packed and we didn't want to wait. We've been here to the Creat few times in thr past and it was good from our past experience. The entrance is at the back, by the parking lot. We came right in and we seated ourselves at the 2nd booth because all the other booths and bar were filled with people. We waited and found out through yelp that you look at the board for a dinner menu and an appetizer menu. It's very simple, steak for $14.99 or burger for $7.49. Cheeseburger is 7.99. The one lady was busy serving and cooking so we ordered with the bartender. It took a while for our food because she's the only one person. We started off with their fried zucchini sticks and they were delicious!! It's far cheaper than any place for fried zucchinis for $4.99 and ut was a giod amount. It came with two ranch dressings for dipping sauce. Soon our steak dinner plate and cheeseburger plate came and we enjoyed both. They have about 7 tvs to watch sports or whatever happens to be on. Both the bartender and the lady server/chef were pleasant to talk to. While I was yelping, I happen to leave my phone at our booth and we paid and left. After an hour later, I had realized my phone wasn't with me so our daughter called them to ask, sure enough they had it to the side for us to pick it up. They're great honest people and I would return any day for a simple meal!! Thanks very much!!“

“Felicia, our waitress was fabulous! We had a party of 15, and she took care of us! The place, Glory Days, was absolutely fun and amazing everyone that came - loved the place. “This review is long overdue!!!! I love this place me and my husband found this spot about 5 yrs ago and no matter how many billiards we've been to we always come back to this location. It's always such a fun time coming here you can play music through the app or on the digital "juke box" on the wall (next to the darts area). They have "appetizers" I put quotations because although they are appetizers they are a pretty good portion pretty much a meal the drinks are good they changed them often but it keeps it refreshing to have something new on the menu keeps it fun not boring. Overall such a great time bartenders are always so fun super nice overall the service is always great every single time we've been there. We've kind of made a tradition of coming here on our anniversary because it's just soo chill and awesome“

“I am leaving this review mostly to respond to a previous review posted by Salma. I attended the Tottenham v Chelsea game too. It was my first time at the Greyhound. I sat at the bar as it was the only seat available. I witnessed everything she experienced and posted about. I, however, have a different perspective and would not tag the bar with a horrible review. The fact of the matter is this is a dedicated Tottenham bar. I am a regular at a dedicated Steeler bar where no one is allowed to enter wearing another team's colors when the Steelers are playing. You can wear neutral colors and cheer for the opposing team, but you will be vastly outnumbered and, people who cheer for other teams, do so quietly knowing the "rules." I can't imagine that anyone cheering for another team would experience the treatment Salma described at the Steeler bar I go to. But, who in their right mind would go to a dedicated Raider bar and loudly cheer for the Chiefs especially when the opposition is winning? The bar is loud. It is too crowded. Many of the fans are obnoxious, but the food is good, the team spirit is off the charts, and the staff do the best they can. I mean, what else do you expect at a premier league game? I will return tomorrow for the game against Nottingham.“

“If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The owner is super cool & chill. The security dude has been cool from the jump. Before I even knew he was the security haha. Everyone is just super nice and fun. Especially the one behind the bar. Such a fun bubbly person. She's super sweet & makes some bomb miches. The name is Kim btw. Try her micheladas. This place had me with the pool table but then I walk in and see the karaoke happening and then the corn-hole boards on the floor. It's a good size spot. Needs more people to stop by and show it some love. If you love to sing then come on down on Thursday nights. We will show you a good time. “It was very conscientious to eat here on New Year's Eve. The young lady who took orders and served the food was very good and liked it very much. She also had delicious food. I have eaten at so many barbecues, but this one's lamb loin, grilled beef skewers, and egg fried rice are delicious and reasonably priced. Since it’s so affordable, I’ll only come here.“

“The sports bar entrance is by Chick Hearns & Figueroa right by Team LA store. You can enter the arena through the sports bar with paid scanned ticket. The sports bar is pretty big and much nicer than I thought. There are bar seatings, high top tables, booths, and tables. We opted in and sat at the bar. The service was good and bartenders were friendly. I believe our bartender is fairly new, she had a bit of trouble on working the ordering/bill terminal. She wasn't familiar with the menu when we asked her questions about it. There is a decent selection of beer on taps, wine, liquor, margaritas on tap. The food menu is not extensive but a decent appetizer selection. We ordered the Versus wings (I think there were 14 chicken wings) which are served in split 2 different flavor sauces. The spicy bulgogi sauce & an Aji-like sauce with parmesan cheese. The wings were juicy, tender, and big. Not those janky tiny little wings. It's worth the money you pay for at a sporting event. I'm so glad they have these unique flavors coz I don't care for buffalo wings.We also ordered the pork belly confit tacos, they were really good. I am pretty impressed with the fusion food menu. I didn't expect the food to be that good , arena food is usually mehhhh. I assumed they might've hired a new chef with a new menu. Come check out this bar and grab some food if you don't want arena food. For the money you pay for in the arena, might as well get appetizers here. Come give them a try!“

“Stopped in for a cold beverage whilst out for a run with friends. The bartender was very friendly, and the other patrons all appeared to be in a good mood. Upon completing our run, several people from my group went back to eat lunch. Sadly, I wasn't able to join them. The menu looked great!“
