Wait times were average with maybe a five minute wait at best. You can either order at the counter or with a self-pay kiosk. There are seats on the inside.“

“I have had a few of the specialty drinks (Sunset Passion and Dragon Slayer) and really enjoyed them. However the main drink I would usually get is a Mango tea and the mango puree is more of small/thin mango chunks and doesn’t really seem like it has as much mango flavor as I am used to.“

It's usually pretty empty so we get our drinks quickly and it's really calm in there. There's decent parking outside and they even have mini bahn mi sandwiches that are pretty good as well“

“Really good milk tea and unique toppings that are made in shop. The black sesame topping so good and the first time I’ve come across it. Many of the toppings are low in sugar which is nice. If you have a good palette for tea, this is higher quality than almost all the other boba shops. The caffeine content seems higher most milk tea, in that I actually notice it.“

We ordered 2 teriyaki chicken bowls ( for a decent price ❤️) and the chicken was SO tender and delicious! The teriyaki sauce is bomb 💣 and rice was delicious!!! It was so good I craved more fir days after!!! We came bk a few days later and ordered the same 2 bowls and my son got the spicy chicken plate! 🔥🔥🔥 Once again they didn't disappoint, it all was VERY tasty and delicious! I got a banana smoothie for the ride home, but it didn't last long, it was yum yum yummmy!!! ❤️ Thank you 52M for keeping it real with delicious and authentic food for a decent price!
