“10/10. Consistently great customer service, consistent cleanliness, and consistent quality. Free parking, and sitting area in and out of the store. No matter how busy they are, waiting time is minimal. I had never had It’s Boba Time before, and I’m going to miss this location after moving away.“

“Ok, this is now my favorite boba tea place. The Ube Coconut milk is insanely good, even at 30% sugar level. They did not have purple rice so I substituted agar, which is so good. I also got an order of unsweetened jasmine tea and double agar. The price is right and the taste is to beat.

“Love all the bopomofo cafes, I have to go every time I visit SoCal and every friend / family member Ive brought loves it, they use the freshest ingredients and have cool seasonal items like a scallion pancake wrapped chicken supreme wrap, guava matcha. You cant go wrong with the pineapple chicken sandwich, the strawberry corn drink, the shrimp walnut sandwich, etc. I love this place so much, the chicken is always very juicy. The employees are so nice and this place has wifi and a nice work space. Its also nice for dates and has a chill vibe (saw some people having their first dates here)“

Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a medium sized parking lot, so finding an open spot is easy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a couple tables and chairs. Seating is very limited. There’s cute wall decor and backgrounds for photos.

Service: We placed our orders at the kiosk. Throughput was quick & efficient after ordering. The two workers we encountered were courteous.

Drinks: I got the Matcha Brûlée, and my friend got the House Coffee with sea salt foam. The matcha brûlée came with brown sugar boba. I couldn’t taste the matcha bc the brown sugar was very overpowering. The boba texture was good. The brûlée swirls were very faint. Overall, the flavors could use some improvements. The house coffee was thick and creamy. The sea salt foam was okay; could be thicker with a bit more salt.

Pricing: Average prices for boba drinks nowadays. I’d visit again bc their milk teas are good, but I wouldn’t get the Matcha Brûlée again.“

“I’ve been here a couple times and Jason is a real stand up guy who is very friendly and courteous. His shop is clean and he’s got tons of choices! It takes awhile just to figure out what you want out of all the choices. The location is in a shopping center I go to for other things so it is in a convenient location for me. Will keep coming!“

“We recently ordered two boba drinks from Bobuzz, including their signature “PMC” with boba and “The Dark White.” While the overall flavor of the drinks was comparable to other quality boba shops, the tapioca pearls (“boba”) were unfortunately undercooked, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, offering customers the option to customize the sweetness level would be a welcome improvement. While there is potential, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. Personally, it wouldn’t be my first choice for a dessert stop after a pleasant meal, at least not for now.“

All the girls that work there are AMAZING and lovely !!! Alyssa is sincerely the best! As soon as she sees me walk in , she knows my order and is already making my order lol. The other girls know what I like as well lol. Now for the two guys that work there , they are honestly rude from time to time ,not always friendly nor welcoming. “The atmosphere when walking into Gong cha was surprisingly very pleasing and comfortable. There is plenty of sitting and music to enjoy the wait and your day if needed whenever. Alought the quality of the Boba drink(Brown sugar milk tea)was amazingly sweet and blanace to my liking 10/10. Plus side the employees were friendly and welcoming.

“Really enjoyed stopping by this coffee spot in Westminster. The space is cozy and the staff was friendly.
My favorite drink was the matcha coconut refresher, super refreshing and not too sweet. We also tried the popcorn chicken which came out hot and crispy and paired perfectly with the drinks.

“I have had a few of the specialty drinks (Sunset Passion and Dragon Slayer) and really enjoyed them. However the main drink I would usually get is a Mango tea and the mango puree is more of small/thin mango chunks and doesn’t really seem like it has as much mango flavor as I am used to.“

“I went to Tapioca Express in Alhambra on Monday the 15th around noon. I ordered a Thai Tea, which is personally my favorite! I usually order Thai Tea ever where I go because I can't get enough.
