The owner/chief who was with us patiently help us out with the choices for the bowl and very passionate about delivering friendly service. Definitely will visit again! “It was recommended and was my first time trying this place. No regrets! Food - I ordered a grilled cheese bowl. It comes with 4 pieces of grilled sliced cheese, two types of seasoned rice, hummus and salad. It was a perfect size for me. Salad was crunchy, everything tasted freshly prepared and delicious! Service - I can't ask better! I received friendly, welcoming and perfect service! I'm so glad that I tried this place out. “This was a great gem to find in westminster! My husband and I were on a business trip and enjoyed the food and hospitality so much we returned the next day and brought a friend. We absolutely LOVED the falafel, kibbeh, and humus the most. We also really enjoyed the chicken kebab and beef shawarma. My favorite meat was a chicken they made special for the dinner buffet. I was so disappointed to learn it wasn't a menu item that could be ordered ?. I also liked the Barbosa dessert it as s coconut flavor without being over powering and the lentil soup was also AMAZING so creamy and smooth. They do have a high chair if needed but no changing table in the bathroom. I wouldn't call this easily wheelchair accessible as the threshold is a bit high, and the space between tables is a bit limited. It would be challenging to maneuver through if all the tables are full.I highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for yummy Mediterranean food and are not afraid of language differences. ?“

“Came here with a coworker for lunch after glancing at their Yelp. Great reviews assured me I was in for a treat. Absolutely fantastic service. I think the owner was running the restaurant and was so helpful in explaining the menu and food. Very hospitable. I ordered the Birria Crunchwrap (like Taco Bell's but sooo much better). My friend ordered the Flaming Hot Nacho Fries (I think that's what they're called). Servings are massive and my Crunchwrap was loaded with beef Birria. Paired perfectly with the sauce they provide you, a sheet of lemon and the added Lebanese hot sauce from the table. The consume was seasoned well and the whole meal made my tummy happy. My friend's fries were delicious too! Meat was tender and they do not skimp on the toppings. I've already told my coworkers about this place and I know I'll be back to try more of the menu. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!“

“My peers have mentioned to me how I'm a tough reviewer and how it takes *a lot* for me to give 5 stars. This is an easy 5 stars from me, and if that's not saying something, I don't know what will. D'Vine Mediterranean Experience is located at North Los Altos Shopping Center on the northeast corner of Bellflower and Stearns. It's easy to miss because you can't see it from the main parking lot in front of Target, Big Lots, and Trader Joe's. If you see Five Below, it's in that building, but on the opposite side. You should be able to see it if you're traveling horizontally on Stearns, but if you're traveling vertically on Bellflower, you'd only be able to see it driving northbound. Thanks to a Fivestars offer. I was able to try D'Vine at a discount, and what an effective way to get me through that front door! It wasn't too busy inside, but Jonathan takes his time to service each and every customer whether they are a regular or a first-timer like yours truly. I prefaced this review by mentioning how tough of a reviewer I have been lately, especially with this brutal stretch where it felt like things kept falling apart at inopportune times. After my experience here, I felt like this brutal stretch may have stopped, if only for a brief moment, but it was so nice to finally catch my breath for once. There are three TV monitors above the front counter showing the menu. It sounds like a lot, but only one of those TVs was for entrees. The others were for starters, salads, soups, kids meals, desserts, and pita pockets. There's also a menu on the counter if you don't want to look up. For entrees, you have the option of mixing any two proteins. The TV didn't specify any restrictions, but I think one of the menus on the counter did. If there really are stipulations to this option, that should be spelled out on the TV menu too, even in fine print, so as to not be misleading. Since I've been trying to avoid red meat, and I wasn't in the mood for chicken, it was a really easy choice for me: Salmon! I knew the entrees would come with rice and pita bread, but I overlooked the right side specifying that entrees come with two sides! I had no clue about several of them, but Jonathan was happy enough to describe them for me. I'm convinced he knows the menu inside and out because when I was struggling to say mutabal after just the first syllable, he knew what I meant and immediately answered. I went with mutabal and the turshi, the last of which is like a mini platter of vegetables you don't normally see at other restaurants. Jonathan mentioned that it takes about 20 minutes to cook the salmon and wanted to make sure I was okay with the long wait. Of course, and I totally appreciate him letting me know so that I'm not anxiously waiting inside twiddling my thumbs for an eternity. And speaking of inside, I absolutely adored the interior! Plenty of greenery on the walls, and there's even a flower backdrop with a neon sign that would be perfect for the gram. It was a little over 20 minutes before Jonathan let me know my order was ready. He offered a set of utensils as well, which even though they weren't packed in plastic, was still a nice gesture! And the food was divine! Or should I say, D'Vine! The salmon I got was a really generous sized filet that even if I had paid full price, I still think it'd be worth it! The rice was infused with flavor as well that no sauce was needed even though they also gave me a white tangy yogurt sauce on the side, a serendipitous surprise! I used the sauce as well as the mutabal on the salmon and the pita bread, which was cut open in the middle so that I could have made a pita pocket if I'd like. It would have been hard to with my meal, so I simply used it with the last remaining sauces. Jonathan was outstandingly superb that I can't tell if he's the store manager or not. If he's not, he was trained really well and could very well be the store manager in the near future! D“

“It was terrible. From the time we walked in it was like what are you doing here. It took them forever to bring a menu & even water it was as if they didn't want us there. Then the waitress trick us to order this meal for 2 people which cost us almost $80. which we split the bill. The manager didn't help at all because we call her to the table. A few of my fan favorites include the works, which comes with a little bit of everything, kafta, beef, chicken, two falafel balls and two step grape leaves. Chicken wrap is made with pita bread, garlic paste, lettuce, tomatoes, and homemade salad dressing. The sides forBesides for your wraps are pickled turnips and your choice of spicy potatoes or salad. My favorite salad would be the grilled veggie salad with protein optional it has onions, bell peppers, zucchinis, yellow squash, and corn, all grilled and topped with their homemade balsamic dressing and feta cheese. Their stuffed grape leaves and falafel are always a hit as well. I have yet to try their baklava, but that is next on my list they’re located in a food plaza, so there are a bunch of other eating establishments as well and their dining areas and restrooms are always spotless. Most of the establishments have the restroom code and Wi-Fi password posted or if they don’t, you can always ask! The TVs mainly play the news and they have connections if you need to charge your phone or laptop overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat. Greek Grilled and charbroiled Kabobs Chicken,Fillet Migon are my favorite. The portions are squeezed into small styrofoam containers. Not good for the environment! But the food is delicious. Prices are the maximum I pay for street eats. The service? They have a hard working good group, so tip them. No pictures here, because I'm hungry. Only caution, They take on line orders, hopefully you don't get behind a slew of them,or your order may take a little longer, but you can bet it will be worth the wait.“

“I was Looking for a spot to eat healthy today. Found this place. Entered this business established, was greeted and seated immediately. Menu's were given to us. Ordered a Greek Lamb Salad, flat steak dinner and wine. Took a bite of both food entrees. All was fresh and delicious, including the wine! Saturday evening was quite pleasant. A guitarist was playing the night away which made the ambiance great. The thing that stood out was the service. Our Waiter and the staff kept checking up on us and stating if we are good and if we needed anything else. This was ongoing on our dining experience here. This shows that their very adamant about the service given that reflect on their business. A tip worth giving. Not like those other locations where they barely put in any effort on customer service but expect you to tip 23% or more. I recommend this place in the Lakewood California area. You will get great tasting food and service. This is my go to for Greek food in this area.!“
