He was very much in otuch with me before the event, constantly sharing ideas and giving customized recommendations.He arrived well in time, dressed professionally, and got straight to work setting up a great looking bar for. His coktails were loved by all our guests. He even poured champagne to our guests on the dinner table, which he was not obligated to do! “Boneyard catered our wedding and all of the guests were pleased. The chicken, pulled pork, and brisket were true to form -- what you'd expect from a *good* BBQ joint in Texas. The staff (Rich and his family) were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Sides were delectable, the iced tea was perfect, and all leftovers were boxed up at the end. Needless to say, we enjoyed the leftovers. Highly recommended.“
