3:30 pm eating is great. No wait. Empty. Plenty of parking. Great service. Ordered claypot rice and asked for crispy burnt bottom. It yielded crunch. But if you think about it, not worth it. They scoop a bunch of rice in clay pot and added veggies , chinese sausage, and dried meat. Paying only for the crunch. Lotus root was the go-to veggie with chicken or fish cake melted in my mouth. The dim sum is amazing. Checks all the boxes of quantity, quality, and price. But as far as the service goes, it's subpar. It's pretty packed for lunch and it's hard to find parking in the back. It's easier to park on the street. If you're looking for decent dim sum in the area, this one definitely hit the spot, but don't bank on the service.
