“What a delightful place to stop and grab a delicious empanada or a boba drink. I just love the chicken adobo empanadas. The pastry is fresh, flaky, and crispy. The lightly spicy chicken and potato filling is tender and savory. So good. Be sure and try the house-made sweet chili sauce as well. For dessert, try the mango cheese cake empanada. It is tangy, fruity, rich with cream cheese and topped with a sugar-glazed crust. The prices are very affordable too!“

“It's nice to see a Chicha San Chen in the East Bay! The first time I had it was when I was traveling in South Cal, and then they opened their first North Cal location in South Bay!

We ordered the Bubble Milk and the Dong Ding Oolong Milk Tea with boba.

I really like their Dong Ding Oolong tea, it's very fragrant and tastes really smooth! Thet boba was large, chewy sweet, and has a great texture.“

“I enjoyed visiting Cha Thai tea! The employees are always very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. I really enjoyed this drink (I think it was a coconut avocado special? I forgot to look at the exact name of the drink) and pandan custard toast. I also enjoyed the mango coco the previous time I came here. They have a smaller, simpler menu that's not too overwhelming but the ingredients seem very fresh and tasty! I'll definitely be back!“

“This is the best boba place in Berkeley. The lady working here is so nice and she even gave my friend a free drink for his birthday! If you ever pull up here make sure to get the grape sparkling or any of the Thai tea. Their sushi roll is also amazing. I swear you won’t be disappointed :)

“I’ve been to this place several times, always amiable workers and drinks are always delicious and made quick. I love their coffee, they always go above and beyond with everything. I’ve also gotten a trinket from here, they place little things for free.

They always have specials for drinks, been coming here for the Vietnamese coffee one, my favorite drink.“

“I feel that Heytea's quality is really consistent, even though its price are a bit higher than other boba shops.

This time I tried their Coconut Matcha Bbo, which has cloud, macha, coconut milk and boba. It tasted great, the flavor was on point. I ordered on their app, which makes it easy to customize your drink. Highly recommended!“

She offered us free donuts because I was buying for my 3 kids and she said so humbly that they made very huge quantity and didn't get enough sale.
