We were looking for Thai food while wandering around Berkeley. Just ended up in here without a plan. What incredible luck to stumble across phenomenal Thai food. Sure, no bargain, but no good things come cheap. My food had lots of meat, veggies and tofu, was just the right spicy and came in generous servings. I don't know what they eat in Thailand having never been, but this is as good as any Thai food I've had in several western cities.
This place has always been reliable and the food is tasty. We used to order Thanksgiving meals from here pre-COVID, and have ordered group take-out post-COVID as well as take-out recently. Good fresh rolls, yellow curry, peanut sauce broccoli/spinach, etc.

It's wonderful to have a high quality Thai restaurant in the neighborhood. Thai Delight does a good job with the menu, and the ambience is great. Casual but very clean, quiet, and comfy. The new owners have transformed one wall into a charming mural that defies description. Service is at times uneven but mostly warm and attentive. It's become our go-to spot.
