“I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great time . Personally my favorite is during the colder months , they start serving tortilla soup. All other times I’ve ordered chilaquiles mild. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try the hot version, they offer to put some of the hot sauce in a little cup so you can control the heat. The staff is very attentive and always makes sure my glass or mug is full. If you’re visiting bethel, then I’d recommend this place and the bar right next door.

Parking: Parking lot is tight , but you can always park on the street.“

“It's a really good pizza that you can get with all the typical Indian flavors instead of the typical American pizza. The pizza crust pared with any indian spices works really well together.

Got 3 pizzas for a 6 person dinner. Everyone liked them.

They gotta do something with the interior to make it more inviting. Long rows of tables side by side with very bright light is not inviting at all. Be great for a big party or team.“

I recently had the chance to try out the new Denny's location in Brentwood, CA, off Brentwood Boulevard. I was initially skeptical, as I hadn't had a particularly positive experience at Denny's in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the California Skillet with chorizo, which was a generous portion of scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, onions, and melted cheese, all served sizzling hot on a cast-iron skillet. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was quite satisfying. To accompany my meal, I opted for the bottomless mimosas with orange juice, which were refreshing and a great way to start the day.

The skillet came with three flour tortillas, which were perfect for scooping up the delicious filling. While I appreciated the generous portion size, I did find the tortillas to be a bit dry.

The wait for a table was about 20 minutes, which is understandable considering the popularity of this new location. However, the wait was made more bearable by the efficient QR code payment system when it was time to leave, which allowed me to pay my bill from my seat.

The restaurant was packed, and the service was surprisingly good. Our server was attentive and friendly, and our food arrived promptly. The overall value of the meal was excellent, with affordable prices for a satisfying breakfast.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this Denny's location to anyone looking for a good breakfast spot in Brentwood. I'll certainly be back again, and I'll be sure to bring a friend to enjoy the delicious food and friendly atmosphere.

Room for improvement: The arcade game should be moved to make more room for those waiting. I didnt see any outside heaters, but maybe I missed it. This would likely convince more people to eat outside.

“One may not think a takeout dimsum restaurant in a plaza next to Safeway in Brentwood is worth raving about, but boy are they wrong! This place deserves ALL the praise. The prices are affordable, dimsum items are huge, and the quality is no different if not better than some of the dimsum restaurants I've been to. I don't think there's anything on their menu I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Some honorable mentions include their lava buns, siumai, lotus wrapped sticky rice, shrimp dumplings, pineapple buns, pork buns, and don't sleep in their fragrant chili oil. I always forget to take pictures before I finish the food but look at the size of their chicken XXL bun. This thing is the size of my whole hand! Phone for scale. We don't live close to Brentwood but we find reasons to go out there to visit Dimsum Basket 🥰“

The food is exactly what you'd hope for from your hometown diner: a little guilty, but lots of love. And the atmosphere to match it all. Very satisfying meal. Lots of seating options inside and outside. I also enjoyed the horchata. It was nice to sit outside on a hot day near the misters by the plants. Bathroom available with key. Parking lot for customers available as well.
This is also close to Brentwood city hall, the library, and the park. Great place to bring family or friends to enjoy a nice meal and then walk around after or perhaps bring food to eat in the park.“

“Food is served hot and customizable for vegan and vegetarian options. Service is fast. Only one person who took our order has smile on her face. Other employees were very grumpy and rude while serving dishes to the table. For example, When we ordered eggless vegetable fried rice, one of the servers slammed fried rice with egg on the table. I tried to mention that we ordered eggless, she rolled her eyes and left. When I showed it to the sweet lady who took our order, she took the dish back and made us eggless fried rice. Other than that, food was pretty good. Fried rice varieties tasted great. Kids loved chowmein. Eggplant tofu was amazing. Hot and sour soup was good too. Planning to try different vegetarian options here soon.

“This is the best spot for Pho in the bay! They have other really tasty dishes too, like the pork and mango salad rolls, but the Pho is the best. Atmosphere is relaxed. Staff are really nice. You’re never rushed and service can be taken as being a bit slow because of that. From what I’ve seen, people who are rushed or want to be upity and wowed don’t have a good time here. It looks awesome in here!!!” They sure stepped up their game and created a cool place to hang out. They did not skimp on the vibe one bit. The food was just as good! I got a Philly cheesesteak (steak was so tender) and my boss got a mushroom burger. “Great sushi place in Brentwood! Arrived at about 7pm and waited about 30-35 mins. Ordered the Brentwood's finest, salmon skin roll, Misaka roll and sashimi. I liked the friend onion rings that came with the Brentwood special. The salmon skin roll had a good crunch to it. All the food we ordered was delicious. Sashimi was fresh. Decent price for sushi. Restaurant is big with lots of tables. Also has a bar area where you can sit and eat at. It is pretty loud inside. Lots of parking.“

My Dad and husband said the Mango Halibut ($37), was "delicious". I shared the Steak Sandwich with my Mom, which was flavorless ($25). My son had the Prime Rib "it was ok, no flavor" ($34). My mother in law had the Fish & Chips ($22), it was also just "ok, but the fries were delicious". We also shared calamari (no flavor & tough) & bacon wrapped jalapenos appetizer (bacon was over cooked but they were good). All that being said we will go back and try it again. Maybe try a Burger or go for happy hour. I'd like to mention our waiter was friendly and attentive.“

I went against the grain when coming here for lunch and ordered the Spicy Pork instead of sushi (Everyone thought I was weird). I'm glad I did though as I was craving some comfort food (rice, meat, veggies and a little heat!). Well this place delivered what I was looking for. The veggies were al dente which was a nice touch and the jalapeno's delivered the kick I was looking for!
