“I’ve been here a few times and have always had a great time . Personally my favorite is during the colder months , they start serving tortilla soup. All other times I’ve ordered chilaquiles mild. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try the hot version, they offer to put some of the hot sauce in a little cup so you can control the heat. The staff is very attentive and always makes sure my glass or mug is full. If you’re visiting bethel, then I’d recommend this place and the bar right next door.

“this place does not have any table or chairs to sit and eat - it’s take out only. came here around noon on a saturday. it had steady foot traffic, but organized and quick for most. we waited about 15 minutes for pineapple buns, which was fine bc they were so fresh and delicious. i don’t remember everything we got but we got a lot of items for a good price, and all of it was good.

“Old town cozy cafe! Typical breakfast diner with some decent breakfast options. Service was nice and loved sitting at the counter and chatting with some locals.

Food quality was decent but can be improved with better quality ingredients. Coffee was typical but nice and they also gave me some whole milk for the coffee on request.

“This place has ruined any other Chinese restaurant for me after finding this hidden gem! I debated even writing this review by telling myself not to ruin the amazing speed with which we received our food, but the thought of losing my new go-to spot due to low foot traffic was too much to bare.

I had been wanting to find a local spot that offered this style of Chinese cuisine, especially with the hand-pulled noodles and options for fresh-made dumplings, so this was a perfect place to go.

The location is near perfect, as it's very close to me by downtown Brentwood, and in an unassuming area of the shopping center. The only downside is the parking lot, but that's not the restaurants fault. The decor inside is very welcoming.

When we arrived, we were greeted right away by everyone within the open kitchen, which gives you a great view of the preparations of the fresh-made dishes, and told to take any open seat. The restaurant has approx. 15-16 tables, but even when we arrived on a weekday around 5pm, only 2 of them were being used.

The menus are small QR codes on a plaque near the edge of each table, with each code containing your table number, and directs you to a website with your restaurant's current menu. The menu has a well-organized selection of food, complete with photos of every dish, and usually a description of the ingredients. There's symbols for spice levels and the prices are clear and easy to read.

We were worried about how to request ways to customize the dishes, as it didn't appear you could at first. For some dishes, you can select between beef, pork, shrimp, etc on the dumplings and bowls, but not many other choices before adding the dish to your digital order. However, once the items are added to your digital order, you can make a wide number of customizations, including spice levels, noodle types and thickness, food allergies, and removing certain ingredients that you just don't like.

My husband and I settled on 2 main courses and 2 sides, with the plan to share the apps and enjoy our own mains. After placing the order, the food arrived in less than 3 minutes (if that!) It look longer to review the menu than for both of us to receive our main courses. I had ordered the Pork Belly with thin flat noodles and my husband ordered the Beef Broccoli Rice Bowl for our main courses, along with the Pan-Fried Dumplings and Beef & Onion Meat Pie as starters.

Needless to say, the speed showed how fresh the food was, and while we planned on sharing dishes, we each devoured our own starters and mains. The quality was excellent, the service was top-tier, and the taste was beyond explanation!

“This is the best spot for Pho in the bay! They have other really tasty dishes too, like the pork and mango salad rolls, but the Pho is the best. Atmosphere is relaxed. Staff are really nice. You’re never rushed and service can be taken as being a bit slow because of that. From what I’ve seen, people who are rushed or want to be upity and wowed don’t have a good time here. For me, the #18 and a Vietnamese iced coffee never fails. Cheers!! 👍🏽“

“The food is absolutely killer — truly zero complaints there. Everything I’ve had has been delicious and full of flavor.

Where things get a little tricky is with consistency and service. Sometimes you’ll order a dish and it’s prepared one way, and other times it comes out a bit different with extra ingredients. It’s still good, just not always consistent.

Ordering over the phone can also be hit or miss. While calling directly usually gets you a better price, there have been multiple times where orders were mixed up. It can feel a little chaotic — staff taking other orders mid-call or multitasking — and occasionally the order is repeated back incorrectly. Even after correcting it, mistakes still happen, and that can be frustrating.

That said, the food quality really is fantastic. If they can tighten up the ordering and consistency side of things, this place would be next-level.“

“The wife and I were in the mood for sushi so we decided to pay Sun Kitchen Asian Bistro a visit. The restaurant was clean with nice decor. We were greeted immediately and seated. Our waitress suggested an appetizer, the Heart Attack. It was spicy and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. We ordered the Rainbow, the Fairview Roll, and the the Sun + Moon Roll. We both loved the Fairview Roll, but they were all delicious. The menu is large, with plenty of other things to order besides sushi if sushi is not your thing. Great food, great staff, overall a great experience.“

“Small-town cafe with lots of regulars, good service, and a solid understanding that what makes an omelet worthwhile is the fillings. Ambiance is unpretentious, even faded. Omelet is stuffed with fillings that taste like they're supposed to taste. Hashbrowns are meh, biscuit is quite good.“

“The vegetarian bowl was a little bit on the small size as the same price as a meat bowl which doesn't really make a lot of sense to me. Beans rice some lettuce. A little salsa and they should make the bowl a little bit bigger because they're not putting the the beef and the chicken and whatever else they usually put in there. I think that would be great. Otherwise the flavor was good. Wasn't a Chipotle that's for sure, but it was more expensive than Chipotle. I think a good price for what I eat would have been around $ $8.50“

“Lovely afternoon spent here on a Saturday. The tasting room employees are SUPER friendly. We tried the white wine flight and really enjoyed the Viognier and Chardonnay. The flight comes with a delicious cookie and they gave us complimentary bread w/olive oil and balsamic. The lawn has lots ofpicnic benches and the view is stunning. If you're into taqueria food, this is hands down the best I've ever gone to and I used to live in burritos in Santa Cruz for years and Santa Cruz has a LOT of taquerias. It's loud and fast paced. “I was at the laundromat a few doors down after my washing machine decided to go on strike and stop working. So after washing my clothes and loading them into my car, I decided to check this spot out. Upon entering I was greeted. The dining area is small, but not many people were eating in. I ordered the super carne asada burrito and hot salsa to go. I got home and found a movie to watch and unwrapped my burrito. I took a bite without salsa and it was flavorful. The salsa just added to it. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu... and hopefully won't need to stop at the laundromat too much longer after the parts arrive. Los Charros is definitely worth a visit.“

“I just went to pick up lunch and was greeted by the owner (I think) and a very nice lady working the front. The first thing out of my mouth was “Wow!!! It looks awesome in here!!!” They sure stepped up their game and created a cool place to hang out. They did not skimp on the vibe one bit. The food was just as good! I got a Philly cheesesteak (steak was so tender) and my boss got a mushroom burger. “I love sushi. We went as a family for my dad's birthday and my mom really doesn't like sushi, but even she enjoyed it. They had not just sushi but they had dumplings and even wings! I personally got the sushi and I loved it it was completely reasonable price and the menu had a giant variety. I enjoyed going here.“
