We placed a large catering order (over 400 sandwiches!) for a company event, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go, even coming in to work at midnight the night before. He truly wanted to make sure everything was as easy for us as possible. He and his team were highly responsive and exceeded our expectations- even following up after the event to make sure everything went smoothly. Kristen and her team went absolutely the extra mile for a last minute large order for an entire wedding party this past Saturday morning and even going so far as to include an extra note for the bride along with a sweet treat. The level of attention to detail and intentional care put into every single sandwich did not go unnoticed. Not one sandwich had anything wrong, it was clear when I walked in how carefully they were making the sandwiches and ensuring everything was put together the way it was ordered. I was so taken aback by the fantastic attitudes of the staff which tells me their owner loves her employees and takes good care of them. I truly appreciated the level of customer service that was given. I am in the Riverside area and have never come across a Jersey Mike's so clean, attentive and kind to their customers and honestly wish we lived closer. I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). “I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!“

“My first time eating here. I love a good BLT and most chain sandwich shops make sub par ones. This was a really good sandwich mind you I did order extra bacon (bacon is king) and it was worth the extra $.

Ordered online and took me about 10 minutes to drive there (half of that was looking for parking) and the order was ready when I arrived.

Next time I want to try the French Dip since I have not had a good one in many years.“

“I haven't been to subway in years but since I was new to the area due to work, I decided to give it a try. Jeanette was the one who greeted me as soon as I walked in. It was busy so I was gonna leave but noticed how fast, friendly, and efficient she was with everyone's order. I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong and it came out delicious. Ever since then I have been coming here 5 days a week ordering the daily special. Jeanettes friendly service and great sandwiches keep me coming back. The whole staff is great also and always treat you friendly.“

“Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sandwich spots because of the best item on their menu, the Mikes Way Club Sub with everything on it! It’s been my go-to meal for years, and at one point on a weekly basis. The Giant portion size, Tuesday rewards program, and high quality sandwich they produce as a whole were all reasons which kept me coming back. As of recently, I’ve been getting their California Club Sub which is the same thing, but also features avocado. This past week I was humbled a bit, I didn’t particularly enjoy noticing the low quality turkey breast used on a California Club Sub I ate. It was very bland and lacked flavor. I honestly think that the turkey breast has always been somewhat bland and that I simply overlooked this truth because I was enjoying the salt & vinegar so much that I didn’t take the time and give any attention to the turkey. I may need to branch out and try the rest of their menu for a while until they can bring the turkey breast quality into fruition. The service gets no infractions and is consistently quality, they’re professionally casual. The dining experience is quite a standard one, there’s nothing to write home about, but again its goal is to be casual so just be sure you’re aware that this isn’t a typical sit down place, but rather a fast food styled atmosphere.

The employee was calling to let me know they ran out of the bread we had ordered for both sandwiches, and wanted to know what bread we would like instead. We ordered close to close so not shocked at all they were out of the popular herbs & cheese bread. I was very impressed that she called to ask what we wanted instead! I work in food service so I know how annoying it can be to have to call customers lol, and not every employee is willing to do it, some people just wait until the customer arrives to tell them they’re out of what they ordered (or just change it themselves 🙄). So I do consider this simple consideration above and beyond service imo. The sandwich were delicious too 👌🏼
