“I am so genuinely impressed by this Jersey Mike's location. Kristen and her team went absolutely the extra mile for a last minute large order for an entire wedding party this past Saturday morning and even going so far as to include an extra note for the bride along with a sweet treat. The level of attention to detail and intentional care put into every single sandwich did not go unnoticed. Not one sandwich had anything wrong, it was clear when I walked in how carefully they were making the sandwiches and ensuring everything was put together the way it was ordered. I was so taken aback by the fantastic attitudes of the staff which tells me their owner loves her employees and takes good care of them. I truly appreciated the level of customer service that was given. I am in the Riverside area and have never come across a Jersey Mike's so clean, attentive and kind to their customers and honestly wish we lived closer. Kristen, thank you so much for your kindness and for the incredible customer service. I know the bride and groom will never forget the memory you gave them on their weekend and neither will I. “First time coming to this amazing place has never felt always consistent. The food always fresh, the sandwiches the juices, the fruit salad, your options of fresh fruit and vegetables out of the wall out of the door. You must have come check it out and give it a five or five or 10 out of 10+ a staff is always on point good hospitality love it you need to try it.“

“I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!“

“I was very impressed with this location. I haven’t had subway in years due to the one in my hometown being really bad and there for I thought it was bad. I tried it again in fallbrook and quickly realised that I may actually like subway now. This is a good location and I’ll be coming back.“

I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). People don’t know how much this simple act means to us right now that are on the front lines with this crazy illness and being in contact with it on a daily basis. Our stress level is high and we are drained in ways I never imagined. I could never thank this staff enough for what to them probably seemed like a simple act of kindness but to me was so much more! 🤗 ❤️“

“Let me tell you my friends, I was craving for a tuna sandwich, and it was difficult to find a place in Vista, specially a place that delivers so late at night, I can't tell you how happy I am that I ordered a sandwich fro subway. I ordered two, and a tuna salad as well, they were absolutely delicious. I am so happy because it tasted so fresh, and it was not difficult at all to order all online. Thank you, very satisfied!!!“

“Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sandwich spots because of the best item on their menu, the Mikes Way Club Sub with everything on it! It’s been my go-to meal for years, and at one point on a weekly basis. The Giant portion size, Tuesday rewards program, and high quality sandwich they produce as a whole were all reasons which kept me coming back. As of recently, I’ve been getting their California Club Sub which is the same thing, but also features avocado. This past week I was humbled a bit, I didn’t particularly enjoy noticing the low quality turkey breast used on a California Club Sub I ate. It was very bland and lacked flavor. I honestly think that the turkey breast has always been somewhat bland and that I simply overlooked this truth because I was enjoying the salt & vinegar so much that I didn’t take the time and give any attention to the turkey. I may need to branch out and try the rest of their menu for a while until they can bring the turkey breast quality into fruition. The service gets no infractions and is consistently quality, they’re professionally casual. The dining experience is quite a standard one, there’s nothing to write home about, but again its goal is to be casual so just be sure you’re aware that this isn’t a typical sit down place, but rather a fast food styled atmosphere.

“Food was expertly made and was good. However, staffing at this location is barebones, leaving the one person trying to keep up with a line of people ordering as well as handling online order pickups. Noticed a couple behind us leave without ordering.

Also, a subway-issued coupon we received in the mail failed to work at the register despite being well before the expiry date, and not including the exclusions mentioned.

But this is a corporate failing, I believe.“
