“This Jersey Mike's is about as good as any other location in terms of food (I really like it lol) but the service here is weirdly exceptional. Maybe I am so used to people being rude or not speaking English but the people here work super effectively and actually enjoy making small talk while doing it. The cute short light skin girl with the long black hair, never got her name, but was super nice and sociable. It really should be standard for places like this to have that kind of service. I even commented on that in the moment because it caught me so off guard. Wish the best for this location.“

“OMG You need to try i’ve never tasted anything like this it’s so fresh food and very clean and beautiful restaurant. The Staff is amazing and very polite and helpful. i brought my family and tried the french dip, Italian flatbread, and last but not least cholula chicken. This has become my favorite place to eat it’s so fresh and healthy and if you have kids well my kids loved the mac n cheese. You and your family will love this place😁😁😁“

“I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!“

I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). People don’t know how much this simple act means to us right now that are on the front lines with this crazy illness and being in contact with it on a daily basis. Our stress level is high and we are drained in ways I never imagined. “I am giving this place 5 stars based on the two workers tonight. The young woman and man killed it tonight. I got in early for my order like way to early thought it had to be a typo. The place had a huge rush. The two staff members handle the crowd with a great attitude. The repor with the customers coming in was outstanding. I have a two yr old I had to take to the car. The staff young lady I think thought I was going to bail out because I was waiting so long and brought me out one of the sandwiches. Made me laugh and admir the dedication to her work and customers service. Give those two a raise they ran that store tonight with outstanding repo and customers service. They were exhausted from working so hard. The young man even made fresh bacon when they were out for my wife's food. I could tell he wasn't feeling it but he went ahead & busted it out. Food was done right“
