“First of all the staff was amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and engaged. They were joyful in their work and that is so important these days.

Secondly the coffee is perfection! We travel a lot, prefer to support local, and have found many places have very bad coffee. I usually ask a few questions before ordering and then get an Americano if it seems potentially bad. Here, we were given a taster! That's the way to do business folks!

“Enchanted coffee is a great coffee spot on birch street. They serve coffee in the traditional Italian style, specializing in espresso. I tried the miel latte, and it’s very smooth without being too sweet. It’s great coffee, with lots of milk and ice. So if you want more strong and more bold, add an extra shot! If you’re on birch street, this is the better spot to get coffee. They don’t sell overly sweet drinks like Starbucks, but the service is great and they’ll happily accommodate you if that’s what you prefer.“

“Had the banana cream matcha and the matcha einspanner. Both were so good. The einspanner low key tasted just like airoma. I couldn’t tell the difference. They had the best banana cream matcha I ever had. Real bananas. Perfect creaminess and texture. They also don’t up charge for different milk options. They allow u to add more matcha for free too. Def my new go to spot.“

“At the Nordstrom mall entrance. This Ebar is next to See's candies. We got the coffee from Ebar and the dark chocolate ftom See's candies; perfect combination. We tried the blueberry muffins and it’s the best. The regular and decaf coffees are sooooooo fresh and rich. The water 💧 is free for all 🙏🌹“
