“Where do I even begin? We have always had nothing but the very best experience at Hapa! Friendly customer service, and high-quality treats! Their banana pudding and chocolate pudding are my absolute favorites! Like they are DANGEROUSLY good!! I may or may not hide them from my kids! I also love their new brownie edges!! My mom‘s favorite is their sprinkle cookies, to the extent that she will make a special trip to Hapa anytime she’s in town to get herself some! At this point, I just have them ready and waiting for her! The variety of items and flavors that they provide is also incredible! 10 out of 10! Hundred percent recommend! As for their shop, they have done so much to update their storefront! It is so cute and inviting! Beautiful, clean displays and the perfect backdrop for that must-have selfie for socials! Make sure to give them a try, but when you get addicted to that pudding, don’t say that I didn’t warn you!“

“I visit 85 Degrees on a daily basis with my kids and we get drinks and pastries. In my younger days I worked in customer service at the Ritz Carton, a 5 Diamond Resort, so I'm very picky. I notice some of your workers make your coffees better than other workers. We visit several of your locations, but today we were at the Chino Hills store. “I wanted to update my review.11/24/24.. what a big difference a good manager makes. I complimented him when there last time but it is a well run location now. Everyone working hard. Food was done on point and the manager was seen every where. Hands on. Compliments! Can totally notice the change ..........(this was my orginal review 7 years ago).
Service was slow by the servers... the hostess was working hard. She was running around doing all diffetent tasks including straightening the messy restroom. Our server was not attentive at all. ... will be awhile before going back.. floor manager was out of site.“
