“I was immediately drawn in by the name Cafe Bakery. I was immediately entranced by the cuteness of the cakes and the many latte options. I ended up getting a few things to share with my group. Iced Honey Cinnamon latte - Usually an earl grey fan, but i thought this sounded very unique. The honey provided sweetness and mixed in easily. Cinnamon shone through the espresso and overall, very pretty and very delicious. Matcha cookie : Personally Im a bit of a matcha snob. I liked the light crumb and soft texture, and the matcha was just the right amount to taste it and not be too overpowering. The chocolate was just that extra hit of sweetness to take it to the top. Strawberry Matcha Cookie : The same perfect light and fluffy texture as the last one with a hint of crunchy almonds ans sweet strawberries. A true delight to any tastebuds. Coconut Vegan Earl Grey Scone : I really love anything earl grey, and even though it was vegan, this was a delight. A thick, creamy scone with a little bit of sugar crystals on top, real earl grey teas mixed into the batter and some coconut flakes. Yuzu Lemon Scone : I couldnt taste the yuzu, but I did get a good amount of lemon without it being sour. It has the same texture as the coconut earl grey scone. Will be making a note to visit whenever we are in Cali!“

“Nine Social is a new wine bar in downtown Brea. It is not just another wine bar. The decor and setting have many unique elements. According to Tom, the owner, they had 9 people contributed to the creation of this business. Tom is a serial entrepreneur with talent in business, art and technology. He is the guy playing the keyboard in my photos. When he was not playing the keyboard, he carried his dog and chatted with customers. The bar is his pet project. Kelly is the main server and bartender. She has a warm smile. I stopped by on a Friday evening. The music, drinks and the charcuterie board were fair. This is a place to relax and enjoy some wine or cocktail with friends. I will be back.“

“Great atmosphere by the pool. Well staffed and friendly team members. Menu has good food. You'll pay hotel bar prices but top notch convenience and food arrives relatively quickly. Can order food at the bar to go or eat seated with full service. Menu is very limited but there are adult and kid favorites. Restaurant is quite a distance from parking lot, and restaurant does not validate parking.“

We went with another couple and shared the gnocco fritto (which was a hit), meatballs, two pizzas (Diavola with burrata and Caserta), the tagliatelle verdi al pesto, and fritelle di Frankie. Everybody loved the food. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

Nothing beats a beer and fish n chips. Lobster taco wasnt really the type of lobster i expected, but i mainly came for the fish n chips“

“Great happy hour and good food. We went here while staying at the hotel for our Disney trip and it ended up being our groups rest spot after a long day. If you're going to get a specialty cocktail, the Smoky Sparrow was really smooth and the aromatics were wonderful. “The girlfriend and I just moved here and checked this place out as it was close to home and had great reviews.

I had the smash burger and she had the chicken sandwich; both were delicious and the fact that they offer sweet potato fries is a plus. Extra points for the ranch, which was some of the best I’ve had and I never have ranch with anything.

Bartender didn’t have what I wanted but suggested an alternative and we both liked it.

“Being new in the City, stopped by on xmas eve to try their caldo de camarón, and it was so delicious I been going there ever since , I have been there for breakfast , for lunch ,for dinner and even a casual Saturday night drinks , and am never disappointed with the food , the service and the atmosphere there . My respects to the cooks and the variety of food dishes they have on the menu , the service is phenomenal , you don't need to speak the same language in order to enjoy good food and have good drinks after a longs day work in a place where the atmosphere is chill from the parking that's very abundant to the greetings when you walk in to the wait time of your table and food when you order , its the best 👌“

“This is an odd place. There are so many questions about it. It seems to be some sort of event space . It’s unfinished as you enter the building- really weird but get past that and have a seat- you will quickly forget about that.

The restaurant/room is very bright (wish they would dim the lights a bit) and formal setting but California casual seems fine for attire.

The food- absolutely outstanding. We had a business dinner with about 10 people and everyone was very happy with their meal. There is a comment about the steaks- get the fillet over the NY. Much better cut and it was noticeable.

Their house Old Fashion was with Makers Mark and came with a cinnamon stick- thought it was odd but tasted fantastic.

I have eaten at some very nice steak houses and I have to say the food here is amazing but the setting is odd. I would rate it a 4+ overall. I want to give it a 5 but can’t- there are so many weird things going on outside the one room restaurant.“
