I visited your store today and asked for an egg sandwich. The employee initially told me it was available. However, when I went to pay, I was told that it was not available.
I politely asked why I was first told it was available, but the employee said she would not serve me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, and another employee came out and also refused to provide service, saying I had shown attitude.

I did an online order I asked for all my sandwiches to be toasted I ordered 4 sandwiches NONE of them were toasted. I ordered 3 cookies for my kids they are hard as a rock! I can’t even break them in half how are my kids supposed to bit them!
