“I go there once a week for lunch. The food has always been very good as any other Chic-Fil-A locations nearby. Never had a problem with the staff or the service. Sometimes there’s a line waiting to order but it’s moving fast and the food comes out in a few minutes and promptly delivered to my table. The staff has always been nice and very accommodating.“

“Service was fast, efficient and friendly! Clean establishment as well. Food gets a 4 out of 5 mainly due to the cherry poppers were just not good and tasted like they had been sitting a while which may not be the establishments fault as they could just taste this way. Overall would recommend going here and trying for yourself vs the bad reviews!“

“Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. My chicken and steak combo plate was a good portion size and very filling. It included three potstickers and a small green salad. Recommend you give it a try when in the area.“

“I had a great experience at Waba Grill. As soon as I walked in, Maria greeted me with amazing energy and made me feel welcome right away. Her positive attitude and attentiveness really stood out.
We're often quick to complain when something goes wrong in places like this, but we rarely take the time to acknowledge the people who show up with great energy, work hard, and deliver excellent customer service. “We had a really enjoyable visit! The chicken was outstanding—crispy, steaming hot, and super juicy, not dry at all. My whole family left happy and full, which is always a win.
One suggestion for improvement: the mashed potatoes weren’t quite what we remembered. The flavor seemed a bit different, and the consistency was on the watery side this time. Could just be a one-off, but worth mentioning.
Also, a heads-up about pricing: if you’re looking to save, definitely place your order through the KFC app. Most of the promotions are app-only, so drive-thru orders can end up costing more. We saved money by ordering ahead and just picking it up—quick and easy!

“I got a chicken avocado burrito the one piece of avocado was green and terrible it was full of bean juice that leaked out all over the bottom it had lettuce in it which was terrible. Worst burrito I ever got from El Pollo loco. Update. El Pollo loco reached out to me with concern about my post. They were very professional and I am definitely going to continue eating at El Pollo loco. It was just one bad one. PS it was a chicken avocado burrito which is my favorite and it just got made improperly that day.“
