“Customer service was great from the moment I walked in. A young gentleman named Harvin (sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped me and he was extremely kind and genuinely friendly. He actually engaged in conversation and asked how my night was, which was refreshing because a lot of places nowadays people act like they don’t even want to be there.

It was toward the end of the night too, and he was still patient and had a really good attitude. Really appreciated the kindness.🙂“

“Chicken is delicious as we all know everything fried and breaded is always good. Lol. 4 stars because they are always out of something at this location, if its not chicken patties for the sandwiches is salsa or an item from the side order menu.“

“We had a large catering order of 50 orders, and everything was ready and organized when we arrived! As I was checking the orders, I thought we may be short one spicy chicken sandwich, and I let the employee know. She got one for me right away, and I found out when setting up for the event that I had miscounted. The food was great, and the portions for the large salads and fruits trays were generously portioned, we had plenty of extra! I ordered for our staff training, I’d never yet eaten Chick-fil-A and ate the grilled chicken sandwich, it was delicious! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!“

“We had a really enjoyable visit! The chicken was outstanding—crispy, steaming hot, and super juicy, not dry at all. My whole family left happy and full, which is always a win.

One suggestion for improvement: the mashed potatoes weren’t quite what we remembered. The flavor seemed a bit different, and the consistency was on the watery side this time. Could just be a one-off, but worth mentioning.

Also, a heads-up about pricing: if you’re looking to save, definitely place your order through the KFC app. Most of the promotions are app-only, so drive-thru orders can end up costing more. We saved money by ordering ahead and just picking it up—quick and easy!

“I'm not sure why so many have written awful reviews of this Chick-fil-A. The food here is just as good as other nearby locations, and the staff were quite friendly. The only downside for me (maybe not for everyone) is that all seating is outdoors. Not a big deal at all if you're ordering takeout. Thumbs up from this reviewer.“

Is it my imagination or has the chicken pieces gotten smaller at Pollo loco. I remember a couple years ago the piece chicken legs and wings looking little bit more plumpier. They seem very scrawny with just a couple of pieces of chicken meat inside. They taste good but the pieces look awfully scrawny.
Also, the customer service sucks at some of the Pollo Loco's. I've been to several in different locations in Ventura county and all the staff seems like they hate their jobs. Most of them need a refresher in good customer service.
Lastly, I ordered my food online so I could just go pick it up and I asked for a couple of extra salsas and and I didn't get what I requested.“
