We got takeout here awhile back for my husband‘s birthday, and the food was pretty darn good. Definitely hearty comfort food.I would return.When I went to pick up the food, I noticed the vibe felt very cozy in a gemütlich Deetjens sort of way, but they only have indoor dining which unfortunately doesn’t work for me.Dietary restrictions: Not a lot of gluten-free options
This small restaurant is located in Cambria's quaint downtown strip. We walked in on a Saturday Night around 7 PM with a line of people waiting in the waiting area, however, since we only had a party of 2, we were immediately sat. The ambiance gave a kind of upscale cabin vibe, with white table clothes, and a center fireplace the the tables were situated around and pig trinkets/ceramics lining the upper shelf that runs on the perimeter wall. Dinner at Sows Ear was delicious !! Got there at about 5:30pm and they had an early dinner menu. Food was great, had the calamari steak and my wife had the scallops. Delicious. !!
