“I wanted to acknowledge a staff member and a manager who went above to help with an issue.
We had ordered online for home delivery and the order turned out to be incorrect upon delivery. After discovering the issue, I called the local Bressi Ranch location where we’d placed the order and explained the situation. The staff member (Nicole) with whom I spoke verified the order that we placed and was not only understanding, but apologetic and suggested that we speak to one of the mangers to get a resolution. She managed it up the right way, but since it was during the dinner rush and very busy we couldn’t get that manager on the phone after a wait, so she suggested calling back a little later or the following day when it was less hectic.
The next day I happened to be in the area so decided to stop by. I spoke with a manger (Angelica) and explained the situation. She listened intently and verified everything again (as she should) and went the extra mile to make it right by offering us an in-store gift card to use on our next visit. She did this with kindness, professionalism and a smile! We were most appreciative as we really enjoy the fresh food options at Mendocino Farms and will definitely be back thanks to a great customer service experience! Keep up the great work!“

The staff around the pool are friendly and keep the loungers organized and take orders for you. 90% of the staff behind the bar at fantastic.“

The Sashimi or Carpaccio is also tasty and good size cut fish. We like the Ex-Girlfriend, Japanese Nachos, Syracuse roll, Yellowtail Carpaccio or Yellow tail belly and Albacore sushi. I have been to a lot of sushi places and this is one of the good ones.“

“Ordered a large lunch order for a meeting and there were definite modifications to some of the items.

Everything was prepared as ordered, it was ready by my pick up time while still timely - I arrived about 5 mins prior to the designated time and it was not sitting there getting cold or mushy, rather it was ready briefly after I arrived.

Everyone was friendly and offered their assistance rather than me having to ask.

And the food was great! Everything well prepared, nothing over or undercooked. Everyone ate their entire meal and there were no left overs.
