“The presentation of the food and drinks was very beautifully done. The service was impeccable ? The food on the other hand, was just okay. The rice was a little bland, and the beans tasted different than I am used to refried beans tasting. The carnitas tostadas lacked flavor as the carnitas was a little dry and flavorless. The torta lacked filling and the oreo pancakes were super sweet. The best thing there were the drinks. The bloody Mary, michalada, and margaritas were really, really good.“

“My husband and I lived in San Jose two years ago and came back to visit. This is an incredible and welcomed find. The beer was both delicious and made with unique ingredients that gave their beers a distinct edge. We didn’t eat while here but the menu had some great choices. We will definitely be back on our next visit.“
“Small brewery, very friendly owners! You walk in tell them your name and when you leave they remember your name! Amazing staff! I believe I was talking to one of the owners Ron, amazing memory, adressing all customers by their name, very friendly guy! Recommend to try different types and flavors of beer!“

“BB Brewing delivers craft beer that’s so good, it could turn a teetotaler into a hophead. I particularly enjoyed the flights—each beer was a delightful journey for the taste buds. The key lime pie beer was like sipping on a Florida vacation, minus the sunburn.
The atmosphere was perfect for chilling out and pretending you don’t have responsibilities waiting at home. However, here’s a pro tip: avoid sitting next to the bathroom. While the beer was fruity, the air had a certain… earthy undertone. Let’s just say it added a unique complexity to the experience, but not in the way I wanted.
All in all, it is worth the visit—just pick your seat wisely and maybe bring a scented candle, just in case. Cheers!“

“Great place overall. Very family friendly location with a good selection of food and drinks. Nice outside patio with a view facing the mountains. Absolutely love this spot for a cool and relaxing refreshment. The vibe is also super mellow here.“

“Came by back in Jan'23, on a Sunday afternoon around 3PM to catch up with a friend.Had one of their Hazy's. Literally no one else was there, so it was nice to just have a quiet setting to catch up.They have quite a bit of seating inside. There was some food outside you can order from another vendor.Staff was friendly.Small parking lot available outside.“
“Excellent beer selection, with a lot of locally crafted brews, and friendly service. Ordered a few tasters and the bartender was super kind to make it a full flight on the house. Nice vibe too with the outdoors patio. No parking issues despite the location (right next to SAP center).“
“This brewing company location was super fun. This Thursday they had live music and many food trucks to choose from. It was outdoors and there were tons of big tables. They also had a good selection of beers and one gluten-free cider to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. Parking wasn't too bad and it's in a good location, Downtown San Jose. We only went at night time, but I imagine during the day it's cool too. Last call was at 9pm and even though we arrived late, we still had plenty of time to enjoy everything. I'm looking forward to visiting again.“

“It was a pretty big location and in an excellent spot. The beer menu wasn't super large, but it did have a bunch of style options. I ordered their Hazy IPA and it was fine, kinda sweet for me though I think. I'd probably go back to try some food if in the area, but wouldn't make it a destination trip.“

“Loma Brewing was an awesome place to have our party. Their food was delicious, the space was fabulous and the staff were incredible. They were so easy to work with and made the planning and day of so easeful. I felt so supported. I highly recommend them for events and also just a night out!

The bartenders are always friendly, the beer selection is great, friendly dogs are welcome, and its an overall great hangout.I understand that some reviewers are confused as to why their under 21 year old children are not allowed inside. This is because Out of the Barrel is, shockingly, a bar.“
