I got the chicken wrap, and it was massive—seriously loaded with vibrant, freshly grilled ingredients like pickled red cabbage, greens, and even crisp fries tucked right inside that perfectly charred wrap. Next level unique flavours I had ever experienced in a food wrap. Every bite was packed with unbelievable flavor, especially when paired with their delicious side dips and sauces.
As if the wrap wasn't enough, the truffle fries were top-tier—crispy, hot, and generously tossed with parmesan and fresh herbs. The portion sizes overall are super generous, so you definitely leave full and happy.
The atmosphere inside was welcoming and clean, and since it wasn't overly crowded when we visited, we were able to grab a table right away without any wait. Bathrooms were clean as well.
The staff were warm, friendly, and made sure our food came out steaming hot and fresh. And made it to my preference (as I requested no tomatoes in the wrap).

“I had my family at The Grill Stories Restaurant yesterday Feb. 28, 2026 There were 6 of us and the food was amazingly delicious we had two big family platers and extra sides , my daughter needs gluten free so she had the Mediterranean salad alone separately she said it was fantastic. The outside dining was very comfortable and cozy , it was a beautiful 85° weather . The round lady hostess and other people there were very friendly and welcoming . After we stuffed ourselves there was still plenty of food to pack and take home . Ultimately it was a great experience and with all the food it was approximately $35 per person including tax and tip, for most people it would be less because we ordered a lot of delicious food. “Super friendly and fast service. I take a lot of road trips passing by the I5 and always make a quick detour here for a chicken shawarma wrap. It’s perfectly juicy and seasoned. The pickles they serve inside the wrap are so addicting! It’s also big enough to share with someone else if you’re not super hungry. An absolute gem in the middle of a grocery store!“

“Stopped by Hummus Republic in Valencia after a long day and wasn’t expecting much, but it honestly turned out really good. I got a bowl with chicken, rice, hummus, and a few toppings, and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. The portions were filling without feeling too heavy.
The staff was also really nice and helped me pick a sauce combination since it was my first time there. Place was clean, service was quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed. Definitely feels like one of those spots you end up coming back to once you try it.“
