“The perfect meal to break my daily intermittent keto fast. I eat the salad bowls, sub grilled veg for the hummus and I'm relatively carb free. Carbs from the plants but no processed or concentrated carbs from sugar, seeds or beans. Fresh flavorful ingredients, rich flavors and very satisfying. Nice self serve sauce bar with seasoned yogurt, a dill ranch and good hot sauce similar to a mild harissa. Fills me up, satisfies me and then start the timer on the next 24 hrs.“

Cafe Elegante in Burbank is truly a hidden gem and one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding customer service that made me feel right at home.

The food was absolutely incredible. The chicken dishes were perfectly seasoned, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The beef was equally impressive—cooked to perfection, rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. You can genuinely tell that great care and attention go into every dish that comes out of the kitchen.

What really stood out were the mouthwatering appetizers. Every appetizer we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. “To be honest, Luna Grill was somewhere in the middle for me. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I also didn’t leave feeling particularly impressed. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick, which I always appreciate.

The food was decent and tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out. Everything was prepared well enough, yet I never had that moment where I thought, “I can’t wait to order this again.” The portions were reasonable, the ingredients seemed good quality, and the menu offers plenty of healthy options, especially if you’re looking for Mediterranean food.

What makes this a difficult review is that there wasn’t anything wrong with my visit. The meal was perfectly acceptable, and I can understand why many people enjoy this place. At the same time, with so many restaurants in Los Angeles competing for attention, it’s hard for me to say that Luna Grill would be my first choice.

“I had my family at The Grill Stories Restaurant yesterday Feb. 28, 2026 There were 6 of us and the food was amazingly delicious we had two big family platers and extra sides , my daughter needs gluten free so she had the Mediterranean salad alone separately she said it was fantastic. The outside dining was very comfortable and cozy , it was a beautiful 85° weather . The round lady hostess and other people there were very friendly and welcoming . After we stuffed ourselves there was still plenty of food to pack and take home . Ultimately it was a great experience and with all the food it was approximately $35 per person including tax and tip, for most people it would be less because we ordered a lot of delicious food. One negative to note were the drinks: my latte was not satisfying - too small (~12oz.), not enough milk (too much foam for a latte) and per my request for extra steamed milk they offered two Coffeemate creamer pods - all while it set me back $10.40+tax; a 0.5 litter (16.9oz.) bottle of Pellegrino was $4.16+tax.“

Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. “Ruby Restaurant and Venue was the perfect spot for my wife’s 30th birthday (Armenian/Mexican mix). Arvin helped us from beginning to end and truly went above and beyond. He was super responsive, genuinely cared about our event, and always stayed on top of our itinerary, helping out whenever he could. Plus the food was amazing according to our guests. Huge thank you for all the referrals and support it made everything run so smoothly. We will definitely be booking this venue again. “Saw this place many times driving by, finally stopped in.

Parking was really tough. Might be because of the Farmers Market across the street and Sunday, but still not easy.

Ordered the Lamb Plate ($26). Good size and actually pretty interesting — lots of sides like flatbread, greens, olives, pickled turnips, etc. Not boring at all. But the lamb itself was only a few small pieces and it was ground. Personally, I’d rather have more actual meat and less variety on the plate.

Also got the rosemary lemonade, but honestly didn’t taste any rosemary at all. Just a regular lemonade, a bit sweet and sour.

You pay upfront after ordering, which felt a bit unusual.

We sat outside on a small patio right by the road. It’s okay, but pretty tight, and there was a lot going on around (some lady was walking between tables) — not the most relaxing setup.

Staff was friendly and service was fast.

No public restroom, so just keep that in mind.

Overall not bad. I was hungry, so everything went down quick, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to come back.“
