“The food was really good. I was amazed by the speedy service. The service was amazing as they were really nice and kept checking on us. The outdoor atmosphere was great, however, there was only one restroom and it was always occupied. Other than that, I will return to this location. Great job.“

“The food here was pretty good. The chicken wasn't dry, and the wings had plenty of sauce, which was pretty tasty. I ordered the boneless Cajun Lemon wings, and they were delicious. It was a 10 piece, so the portion was spot on. The service could be better (professional), and the atmosphere being a small restaurant felt a bit cramped. Overall, I would say 6/10 if you are eating there and 8/10 if you order out.“
“One of the nicer new styling kbbq's I've been too, yelp makes getting a table very easy waited only 10mins maybe, the food was brought out fast and all very good quality, if you like spicy highly recommend the spicy beef, nice heat and flavor to it.“
“Honestly I wish I could gatekeep this place but I want this place to succeed. There’s a waiter named Tony who’s above and beyond awesome and amazing, we are always happy when he’s our waiter. The other staff are just as nice and attentive, but we’re biased for Tony. The meat quality is great, my personal favorite is the short rib. The side dishes are great, they’re the best on some days and ok on others - it depends on when the batch is made. Sonu BBQ has become my favorite KBBQ place in the southern CA region. It’s Oceanside’s best kept secret.“
“Had a yummy lunch at Chinese Korean fusion restaurant CHIKO. We sat on the dog friendly patio where you order through QR codes on the table. We ordered the XO shrimp, spicy kumin lamb stir fry, and pork belly bao. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food comes out quick. Recommend, not many Asian fusion restaurants in the area.“
“Generally reluctant to get Asian food outside of Kearny Mesa but I was pleasantly surprised! Ordered the stone pot with beef and a side of kimchi. The bowl was well balanced with all the veggies and having the option to additionally season your bowl is nice. I will say that it does come with an absolute minimal serving of protein (maybe 2 or 3 oz total) in the bowl and $4 for a tiny side of kimchi is a bit outrageous (total serving size pictured), but can't deny that it was delicious. I'd prefer to go to Kearny but if I was around the area and craving bibimbap, it's a decent option.“

I chose this roll because I love Pennsylvania and cream cheese, so it's a win-win . The roll was the bomb.com! . Sky sushi is a brilliant name for a restaurant because most everyone loves looking up at the sky and being grateful for the beautiful tapestry God makes for us every day! “We decided to stop in on a Thursday night for some sushi. We have been on the hunt for a new place since moving from Hawaii; it's very tough to find a place that isn't mostly crabbed based rolls. To say the least, we will be back. Sushi was great and reasonably priced. The extra options such as the bento box was delicious. Service was good and they seemed to have many to go orders. Great casual dining for all !“
“Visiting from LA and I would drive down here again just for the sushi. Been eating sushi all my life and the quality and taste of the fish is a 10. Additionally, the Fantasy Roll is, by far, the BEST roll I've had in my life. The Tempura wasn't my favorite, but it was by no means bad.“
