The service is still being refined; however, the drive-through is notably long, requiring drivers to navigate around to get in line. While the mobile ordering system is generally smooth, some customers found the pick-up process a bit confusing.
The dining area, though enjoyable, has received feedback for needing better cleanliness and attention to wiped-down tables. The indoor seating is small, and the kids’ play area is limited.
