“Living in Carmichael for about year and a half, after living in Chicago (.a place that knows a little bit about chicken wings), this is my go to place for chicken wings. Not whole like Chicago.“

“I went with my nephews and sister in-laws. The place was clean, the cashier was friendly and super helpful and knowledable about the spice levels. I was scared and went with one medium and one mild. The medium wasn't bad at the all. I may try a medium and hot next time. I believe my nephews got super hot and the cashier told us that was around ghost pepper spice 😬 their mouths were burning 🥵 I wont go too spicy because then you cant enjoy your food and taste it. The little sliders are filling and comes with fries and sauce. It's delicious. And dont forget to order a drink! They do NOT come with the meals you order.... and their ice is AMAZING, small little crunchy ice.“

“May God have mercy on my bank account. This place has some of the best fries I have ever had and the fried chicken is both moist and flavorful. The service is excellent as well and the staff are incredible. My only wish is that the chicken had a crispier breading, but other than that, this place is beyond amazing.“

“Angry is great if you want hot. X-Hot has heat with flavor. I get one of each every time I go. All the other flavors else could be served to children. I sign their little waiver each time but it definitely isn’t hot enough to write home about. Chickens shouldn’t eat Chicken. Great food and Staff is quite friendly.“

“Von’s Chicken in Rancho Cordova is such a great find! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality and freshness. The Soy Garlic and Original Crispy are my go-tos, but the Hot & Spicy hits the spot when you want a little extra kick. Don’t skip the baked chicken as it’s perfect if you want something lighter but still packing tons of flavor.

The sides and starters are just as good — especially the cheeseballs and sodduck sodduck. Portions are generous, and even the takeout stays crunchy and delicious.

The staff here are super friendly and attentive — they take the time to explain the different sauces and flavors, and it’s clear they care about their customers having a great experience.

Overall, Von’s Chicken is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine hospitality. Definitely one of my favorite go-to spots in Rancho Cordova!“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“Came to this place around lunch time. There is a big parking lot but a bit walk if it’s busy. Walking into the place I was greeted by the woman at the front counter. The inside is a bright orange that looks nice. They have 6 chairs. 3 on each side to wait. There are no tables inside, so take out only. I ordered the #1 combo that comes with 3 pieces of chicken. A leg, thigh, and wing. Apart from that it come with a Hawaiian roll, 1 side, and a canned soda/water. The chicken is made fresh to order! (Big W). It was a 15 minute wait but well worth it. The chicken was super crunchy and had a nice little kick to it. It was pretty good. I got mashed potatoes with gravy as my side. The mashed potatoes were average nothing special. Next time I’ll probably try their Mac&cheese. Place is clean inside, good food, and nice customer service.“

“To tell everyone the truth about how I really hate chicken. Chicken is my last protein that I would ever eat. But Jollibee is the only chicken that I will eat. But be careful when you order the spicy chicken. The top of my head sweats when I eat real spicy food. But I couldn’t resist the flavor of the fried chicken. Chicken and brown gravy combination is the best way to eat fried chicken. Oh and don’t forget the peach/ mango pie that bugga is so ono. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. That’s my rating for delicious fried chicken.“

“I love this Chick Fil A. Have been going here for many years.
During COVID they underwent a renovation and the restaurant looks so unwelcoming now. I remember they used to have the Play Place and pictures of cows on the walls. This place used to have more personality and would stand other unlike the other fast food places.
Now it’s empty. And more expensive… how is fast food so expensive these days?!?

“Yummy Fresh Hot Chicken and all the side dishes. Clean store, great customer service, some indoor seating. Also has a convenience store all in the same building. Blink and you will miss it. I have lived here in del Paso heights a long time and didn't know it was there. Located across the street from the Grocery Outlet. Best part, you can buy Krispy Krunchy Chicken with your food card.“

“Mariana was great!! Helped me set up the app and was informative with some of the new additions. The chicken pieces are still the size of Cornish game hens (nothing new there 🙄) and was very disappointed with the potato poppers and apple pie poppers. Not enough apple pie filling, and the 5 (not 6 as advertised) potatoes were dry and puffless.“

“I’ve never really liked kfc much but we stopped here because we needed to eat. I wish I had gotten their names, but the guy at the drive thru window today (8/25/25) at about 2:30pm was very kind and made us feel welcomed. Then we had to run in and use the bathroom. The guy who gave us the code (I think he was on register but I’m not sure) also was very nice, and as we were leaving we saw him walking out to hand a woman outside some ice water. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service we were met with, especially as a fast food worker myself who has experienced not such great service at other places. I understand how draining it can be because many people take fast food workers for granted and forget we’re people too, but commend these men for keeping such a kind demeanor! Never forget that there are absolutely people out there who truly do appreciate the work you put in, and you guys are important! Thank you! :)“

If you are looking for fresh, tasty, juicy, tender chicken, this is the place. Always hot, always delicious, and the MOST friendly hospitality I've seen. If I could give more than 5 stars I would without hesitation. If you pass buy and you eat chicken, stop on in!“

“The lemon pepper chicken tenders were SOO GOOD. My fries were a lil too salty and a lil soggy. But that’s okay, maybe the straight cut fries are better. I asked for mango habanero on the side but it tastes a lil too vinegary(?). Not the best but not the worst. Overall the chicken was the best and the fries are meh.“

He told me to come to the store and he would replace it. When I got to the store, he replaced it and gave me a chocolate cake. I really liked Antonio's service.“

“I came in here on the way to work. I didn't know they had a Krispy krunchy chicken place. Actually never heard of it. So I decided to go in and try it, even though I hate gas station food it's usually garbage. I had a chicken sandwich this morning at 5:30 a.m., I saw him putting it out under the heat lamp. I examined it and looked okay. It's surprisingly very good. The meat is very juicy, it's crispy, it's big. again very pleasant surprise for a chicken sandwich this morning early in the morning. The bread is nice and sweet, and it's not dry at all. I'll probably come back a few more times this place is good, I'd like to see what lunch chicken is like.4-4-2023I decided to come in and get some chicken for breakfast. It's a shame it's such a bad area because this chicken is a hundred thousand times better than KFC. The chicken breast was 4 bucks a piece. But. “I Love that chicken from Popeye's. I had to bypass the two Popeyes on West El camino and EL Camino just to come here to the Watt ave Popeye's the other day, it was well worth the drive.
