I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .“

“Feels like an upgrade to willies burger that was here prior! Burgers were great, we got the double with lettuce and tomato. Really fresh, the buns are delicious. My kids got the grilled cheese in the PBN J and they each enjoy both.
The service was great and the food came out quickly, which is important with two young kids. They also have the QR code at the table to order from your phone, which is also a nice feature with small children.
The indoor is basically the same as Willies, but they’ve done a nice job upgrading the outdoor space. We do miss the kids toys, but there’s space for them to roam around and small trees for them too enjoy trying to climb in.

It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

Each order is made fresh when the customer comes in, not like other sandwich shop where they make the sandwich as soon as it’s called in. I went in for a birthday lunch and everyone there made it awesome. christian at the host stand was nice and got me seated quick, even going out of his way to ask the manager jaime a few questions for me before I sat down. Shauna took care of me the whole time, was super friendly, and checked in frequently despite the slight rush in her seating area. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted great. On my way out, a manager, Jaime, and another server, Cena, were there and they checked in just to make sure everything went well, which was cool and not something every place does. The staff all made my birthday lunch way better than i expected, I appreciated all of them. will be coming back with more people next time!“

“NYPizza is the absolute best, not just in this town, but anywhere around. Every single time we order, the pizza is perfect: fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor. I’ve lived in the area for 43 years and visit a couple times a year, however not sure if I’ll be going back, $75 for my wife and I to have burgers and a beer is a little ridiculous. Burgers and Brew on R St, has Niman Ranch Beef and the bacon jalapeño burgers are $3.50 less than a regular burger at Dukes. I want to support local but $21 burgers and $10 beers….not the go to.“

“The pizza is pretty good. Better than the majority these days. Atmosphere is a hole in the wall local neighborhood favorite. Prices are a bit high so I'd expect more from the pizza but I can't honestly give it a 4 as it's a solid 4.5. Service was great and welcoming. The pizza balls were delicious. Don't eat them cold as they taste like bread instead of pizza dough. If I can eat a cold pizza the next day, then it's somewhere I'll come back. The pizza was good the next day but the pizza balls weren't good like they were when they were hot. Overall a good pizza and I'll probably be back.“

“Two days ago was in the store with my husband Michael - I echo his praise and add the following comments:

Always allowed to use the restroom so don’t know what the one guy on Yelp is complaining about. It is well documented that the store closes at 8pm, and on this night, they didn’t rush us out even though we were still eating at 8pm. They let us stay while they cleaned the store for the night so we could finish eating. My husband wanted a meatball sandwich. Thank goodness the employee let us know that at that time of night, right before closing, the meatballs were frozen so my husband can change his mind. The meatballs during the day probably have the chance to marinade with the sauce…they would taste awful if used frozen. As for hygiene, the store is immaculate AND they wash their hands before handling food. I even saw gloves in use. One lady on Yelp complained about people from the Middle East. The absolute irrelevance of national origin, and the nature of her comments, suggests racism. If by Middle East she is trying to infer Muslim religion, then she should understand how important being a good host is to a Muslim…I have NEVER been treated so well as I am treating by Muslims while on travel. With regard to the two men I always see on duty at the store, one may be a Muslim (irrelevant, if he is) but I doubt the other is a Muslim; he wears his hair like he is a Sikh (not Muslim) which would suggest he is from Punjab, the north of India, which is in South Asia, not the Middle East. This potential Punjabi gentleman is very friendly to me and my husband, every visit.

When I saw the store is immaculate, I mean spotless. the table and floors, even behind the counter, are always clean, the trash in the bin not overflowing, and there are no bad smells. I am posting this on Google because the review on Yelp was so unfair. This place, the food, and these people are great. We drive a considerable distance just to order food with them.“

Clean restaurant and the restaurant was very cool and comfortable with outside temperatures close to 100 degrees! The BHD had plenty of workers taking orders, preparing great sandwiches, being amazing with customers, smiling, and I really enjoyed the ambiance. I ordered the Marsey Nachos, The High Tide sandwich, and The Malibu. WOW! Folks, these sandwiches were as big as any meal I've ever had. So much value for the money ?. Please take yourself and family to the BHD on Eureka Road, Roseville, California. Next time, my wife and me are sharing a sandwich. I think I'm in a food coma...soooo good! ?“

I joked about it being down due to my BAD LUCK and a very NICE lady double checked the machine for me and said it's still down.. So I got the fry/ onion ring side and a drink. Food was FRESH.. Fries were HOT.. Chicken sandwich was FREE. EXCELLENT customer service and fresh cooked food. I paid about $8 tip included.“
