“This was my first time here and got to try a few different flavors and wow, every single one had unique flavors that were absolutely delicious! I got the tuna and salmon poke bowl, so good and so fresh! I love that they don't have a bunch of toppings rather the ingredients are pre mixed in with the poke. I will be back when in the area!“

“Poke Etc is a good choice for poke lovers! The prices are on the lower side, but the quality is definitely on the higher end. The ingredients are always fresh, and there are plenty of ready options to choose from. The service could use some improvement, but overall, it’s still a great place to visit for a satisfying meal.“

“Last week I was traveling through LA on my way to Santa Barbara. I had some time to kill so I looked up Poke. Came across this amazing place! I am admittedly new to Poke. The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. I can’t wait for my next trip to LA so I can stop there again!“

“Best poke I've had in SoCal! Like the poke on the islands. Very fresh and delicious. Not much parking and always a line to get in, but the guys at the counter are great and the choices are limited so it moves very fast. Not much seating but take out works. Truly recommend trying it out. If you like poke you will love it!“

“Delicious poke place, a bit pricey. Fresh fish, loads of options, friendly staff. One of the best places in the riviera village now, IMO.

The large is quite large. (See photo). You can get away with a regular. Avocado is, indeed, extra. Otherwise, unlimited toppings.

Price is pricey, probably upwards of 25 including tax. Go smaller to save. TBH the price is reasonable for the area, whole village gets expensive.

Flavor — can’t go wrong with salmon, tuna, scallop. It’s riviera village, so parking gets bad over the weekend. I try to park in a residential area near the village.“

“really enjoyed in this place. the man behind the counter was extremely nice, helpful and patient as this was my 1st time here. He was also very quick. the portion size was huge and the food was great and fresh. i love how you can mix and mathc the base, even your scoops can be different. “Amazing spot!!! The salads are unique and tasty. Not like your traditional salads. They offer fun and healthy ingredients. I highly recommend the Barrenjoey Salad. So much flavor!!! They also have vegetarian options and they also serve poke.

Also, service was great and the kitchen is clean. You can actually see the kitchen through the window.“

“It was good. I really enjoyed my poke bowl, and so did my asian mother who actualy doesn’t enjoy very much of anything not Chinese. My mother was kicking and screaming when I suggested the hanger. She was originally going to go somewhere else but I was very surprised when she brought a poke bowl back to our table. And she liked it. I ate a large, ate a half of a bowl, and brought the rest home. Put it in the fridge and took it out and just ate it and it was good! Some places the rice and other stuff isn’t good quality anymore, but nope this was just dandy. I got the brown rice, the salmon, albacore, spicy tuna, and octopus. I got most of everything. Got the asian sauce and the spicy mayo. I am accustomed to having poke bowls not as often but sometimes. But for my mother who I didn’t think would like it, to like it thats pretty good. “Food is great. Its a little whole in the wall. Interior is average, bit the food is delicious. Katsu and beef combo great. Dumplings great. The Teri beef at other places can be kind of fatty, it was lean and clean. The appearance of the restraunt does not do the food justice. Its our new go to in Torrance, beats our old favorite Island Hut. Sauces including chicken salad dressing are great. Not fancy just good. Grab some and head to the beach.“

It is a hole in the wall type place with Hawaiian style poke & other Hawaiian dishes.
I had the sweet & spicy ahi and salmon combination with rice, and it was excellent, in my opinion. Also, the service was quick and really friendly.

“My first time here because I just so happened to be in the area. I had the brisket & tendon phó. It was delicious. It had so much tendon and I loved it. Great flavor and freshness. I read some of the reviews that were negative. My experience was nothing but positive. I like to eat at mom and pop restaurants. The service was polite and attentive. Give this establishment a try. I think you’ll find it a tasty and positive experience.“

“I love this place. I go almost at least once a week. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad or sad poke bowl. Everything is fresh. Trying to stay on the healthy side, I order small scoop of rice and all the sides they offer except for wasabi. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I have always restrain from getting the large. Two scoops of protein, which consist of tuna and salmon. A lovely alternative to fast foods. I highly recommend Mono Poke!“
